Diana SchofieldMay 9, 2023After new owners took over in 2022 this center has lost so many of the long term children who attended including mine. They are unorganized, rude to the children and parents, fail to follow rules for the different stage rooms for the children as well as rules in general. On multiple occasions my child has came home with some other child’s diaper on, bumps on his body to that when I asked what happened they reply “I don’t know”, different pacifiers or sippy cups that aren’t his etc. On one occasion I walked in to pick my son up and witnessed a daycare teacher threatening my son to stop or she will take his pacifier from him when he was simply laying in his pallet for nap time quietly. The owners don’t care about children, they care about money.
Mallory MarieJan 12, 2023Continuing to have amazing experiences at BHCCC and my daughter absolutely loves to go to day care here. Since new ownership the building has been updated and revamped with new equipment and plenty of activities. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Would highly recommend :)
