I don’t know if it was this location, but they were at the Oshkosh Menominee zoo Park on a field trip.. and the teachers were just sitting down at the bench the whole time going on their phones.. while sitting at the bench, they just kept telling the kids to stop “Going up the side” Over and over… Not once did they mention you need to go play somewhere else if they can’t use the side right. They just kept letting the kids use the slide not properly. When I looked at the slide, it was clear to go down with my kid and when we went down It actually wasn’t clear and we ended up running into one of the kids of the daycare when the child was going up the slide. Then the teacher said that’s why we don’t do that and that was the end of that. Luckily, your child was OK but I skinned my elbow and that was not fun. Just the whole situation could have been avoided and with the behaviors of some of the children, it just made our outing less enjoyable with this Outing of this daycare or facility..
Samantha HewittJul 31, 202610/10 Would NOT recommend this daycare.. don’t even know where to start.. they lost my 2 year old diapers & wipes was not notified at all so they were putting her in someone else’s diapers but if they read her intake form they would’ve seen she has sensitive skin and only use specific diapers which I provided plenty of.. never wiped her face after meals you can see what she ate for lunch when I picked her up. They fed my 4 month old formula and she’s strictly breast fed baby never had formula before and that was on her first day so again new baby you would think to read her intake form to know a little bit about a new baby but why would we do our job correctly?? 🤔 I’m greatful I’ve been able to get my babies switched over to a new better daycare!!
TiffanyJun 3, 2026The worst daycare to every put your kid in especially if your a first time mom. The worst communication every they professionalism is so bad then all the lady do is talk through txt messages and if you call the daycare and or have a question problem or concern they don’t answer and never get back to you. It’s 2 lady’s the one that do the enrolling n person obviously don’t be knowing what she talking about soo read they written policy before you do anything and the one that be txtn on the app obviously don’t do her job right cuz she trying to tell the right things but not telling her works the right things.. on top of that every time I picked my kid up the workers just got the kids doing anything while they standing around in they phone in or gossiping with each other also every time I picked my kid up her face was always nasty from the previous meal before mind you lunch is at 12 I don’t pick my kid up till 3 and I can tell what she ate by just looking at what’s dried up n caked up on her face.. all in all this was the worse experience for me it honestly made me never wanna put my baby in daycare ever again

S. J.Dec 15, 2025The staff are amazing and nice.. my son wasn’t quite sure about the change that we had to do but we were able to overcome that with the amazing staff. My son loves going and making friends he adores his teachers as well.. ☺️
