We are first time parents and had to send our baby to day care from about ~10 weeks old. We could not have done it without BH. Meredith and Jeanne are so delightful, calm, and clearly care about the infants. The facility is spectacular. Very clean and plenty of space, filled with appropriate toys and furniture. I also really appreciate the communication from the admin, classroom teachers, and other staff. They update the app regularly and will offer suggestions or share concerns either through the app, an email, or in person, as needed. Everyone is so kind and clearly loves working with children. We’re excited for when he gets older because there are a lot of activities that BH does to support positive and diverse development. Our son loves going to BH and we are so at peace sending him there.

The family partnerships and communication is amazing. I know my kid is well taken care of, safe, and loved while I am away from him- and as a mom, there is nothing more I could ask for!

Leaving my baby to go to work was so difficult, but knowing he was safe, well cared for, and loved made it a little easier. They were super communicative and my little one was always full of smiles when being dropped off. It was clear he adored his teachers and that the feeling was mutual. The classroom was always clean and I loved getting updates on the learning activities that happened each day. I am so thankful for Bright Horizons and the amazing care they showed my little one.
Nicole MaurerDec 20, 2023We were so impressed with the infant program at Bright Horizons at Pewaukee! Our daughter was well cared for and we were continually updated with her development/milestones. Both of her teachers worked with us on activities that we could do at home which was so helpful as first-time parents. Her classroom always felt clean and well maintained which was important to my husband and I. We would 100% recommend this center!
Katlyn LynchOct 14, 2020Most parents usually don’t get first-hand experience with multiple schools to compare and contrast toddler programs, but we do. We realize that, popular and overly expensive do not always translate to caring and nurturing when it comes to schools. After withdrawing our loved one from the previous school and enrolling in Bright Horizons Pewaukee for the toddler program (2.5 - 3 yo), we couldn’t be more happier and relieved. We couldn’t believe the amount of emphasis this school puts on each and every child on a daily basis - so we waited a month to see if it is real and consistent before writing this review. - and It is! A typical day starts with a scrumptious breakfast, physical activity such as water play/picnic/outdoor games, and goes on to language/sign, drawing/culinary arts/crafts, delicious and healthy lunch, math/science experiments, other life skills such as gardening, show and tell (public speech), writing (connect the dots), followed by great snacks. Ms. Judy is an amazing lead teacher! Her experience is quite evident in the way she portrays the perfect balance between assertiveness and kindness. Both the lead teacher and Ms. Amanda are the most caring and patient teachers we’ve seen so far! Our son loves them and felt at home right away. The entire staff has been amazing and friendly. We love everything about this school including the spacious and clean building. We can’t wait for our younger son to start here soon (he’s on waiting list).
