To the Management Our initial experience with your facility was not merely disappointing; it was a profound display of professional negligence and ethical failure. Within a mere three-hour window, your organization managed to demonstrate a complete lack of basic operational decorum and, more alarmingly, a total disregard for child safety and legal boundaries. The following points are non-negotiable and will be included in my formal report to State licensing boards: Unlawful Restraint: Arriving to find my son strapped into a seat to the point of physical immobility is, quite frankly, abhorrent. Using restrictive physical measures as a substitute for competent supervision is a violation of trust and basic safety standards. Practicing Without a License: It is both "crazy" and legally precarious for your staff—who lack the requisite clinical credentials—to attempt to provide behavioral diagnoses and testing mandates on the first day of enrollment. You are a care facility, not a diagnostic clinic; stay within your lane. Operational Incompetence: From a front desk staff that lacks the basic courtesy of acknowledging a parent, to the defensive and tone-deaf emails that followed, your "management" style is a case study in how to fail a client. Lack of Accountability: The absence of an apology confirms that your facility prioritizes ego over the well-being of the children in your care. You are not qualified to advise parents on the upbringing of their children, nor are you equipped to handle the responsibilities of childcare. Consider this my final communication before the state investigation begins.

They keep the place very clean and have good structured daily activities. I know my granddaughter is safe and well cared for at Cornerstone! I will highly recommend it.

Now that our older two boys started school this year they went in far beyond with the things they were taught at daycare. We feel very informed always of our childrens day to day. Worth every penny! Michele NielsenMar 16, 2023Our daughter has been attending Cornerstone since she was 6 months old. She is now almost 4 years old and has fun going to school everyday. She is even disappointed on days she doesn't go. All the teachers have been great and they are constantly doing activities with our daughter. It's not just a daycare but a great learning experience for our child. I would highly recommend this daycare.
RyanAug 5, 2021Cornerstone is great! Very accommodating to your schedule and the price is really reasonable. My son was there for the summer camp and now continues to go before and after school. Ashley is always super helpful and all of the teachers are great! We will continue to use Cornerstone for years to come!
krista chambersOct 10, 2019We have been going to corner stone for almost 3 years now since my oldest was 6 weeks old. They have been so accommodating with our crazy schedule and even our crazy life. Whenever I have questions they respond quickly. They have so many cute events for the kids and families to participate in. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They are always asking if they can do anything different or better for your kids. We also do not live close to cornerstone but are willing to drive because of how great the facility and staff are. Would not take my boys anywhere else.
