Hannah GatrostSep 22, 2022If zero starts would be allowed, that’s what I would rate. The staff and daycare are nice but the owner is a disrespectful and disgruntled woman. She has sent my children home for a runny nose even after a doctors note stating it is allergies. Kathy, the owner talks down on us as though to belittle in every way. Also to include threatening to take your child’s spot away from the daycare if you can’t pick them up within an hour of telling you they need to be picked up when Kathy deems they are “sick”. They send your children home at 2:45, as if anyone ever gets off work that early. Also they do not provide any food for the children making it very inconvenient for people who have lives. I would never recommend this facility to a family with legitimate child care needs. We have a new born coming soon and will not be able to tolerate this kind of treatment and unprofessional behavior.
Lukas CrossSep 20, 2022We have 4 of our 5 kids enrolled at ECC. The kids absolutely love it there. Kathy and her staff are wonderful with the kids and the families. The center is always clean and well orginized. They do a lot of fun and cool activities with the kids. We highly recommend them if your considering someplace for your kids.
