Our family has had a truly wonderful experience with Happy Hearts Child Care Center in Shawano. My sons were in the 3–4 year old room for the past few months, and even though our time there was short, the staff and owner, Lori, made such a meaningful impact on our family. From the beginning, we felt welcomed, supported, and confident that our boys were in great hands. The communication has been excellent, and I really appreciated the app updates throughout the day so I could see how they were doing, what activities they were participating in, and how their day was going. The staff has been so kind, patient, and flexible, especially with things like picky eating, while still offering a great variety of meals and healthy options. I also really appreciated how much outside time the children get, along with the fun activities and thoughtful planning that go into each day. Most importantly, it is very clear how much the teachers love and care for the kids. My sons have felt safe, happy, and cared for, and that means everything as a parent. As we wrap up our time with Happy Hearts to focus on family for the rest of the summer before school starts in the fall, it is very bittersweet. We are sad to say goodbye to their favorite teachers and Miss Lori, but we are so grateful for the time we had there. I would absolutely recommend Happy Hearts Child Care Center to other families looking for a caring, communicative, flexible, and loving child care environment.
