INNOVATION STATION LLC

We have been bringing our son to Innovation Station for day care since he was 3 months old. The leaders, Andrea and Kelly, are very knowledgeable and teach parents and kids. Importantly for us Innovation Station has a diverse staff, and diverse group of kiddos. Innovation Station is also one of the rare gems of a center that requires immunization. We've had several minor health issues with our baby; allergies & ear infections, and the team of teachers has been very helpful. Our son loves going to school and he plays well with other kiddos. At almost 1 year old his development noticably outpaces his peers, that's what our pediatrician tells us and we give credit to the teachers he spends his days with. Lastly, and this is important, their accounting is very strong. We overpaid, and they let us know. How many businesses do that?

We have had nothing but problems with this location. The communication is below average. The lie to my significant other saying that they called me countless time on several occasion when they have not. They continuously send my son home to the point where I worry every time I drop him off which is only 3 days a week, when I am going to get the call to come pick him up. I had a Dr. note saying that my son was perfect! I still received a phone call from them. I feel as though we are being bullied! Out of the last 6 times we have dropped him off 4 he has been sent home. We get home and he is perfectly fine. The lying, gossiping, and drama has gotten too much for us. If you are considering this place for child care I would recommend that it is LAST RESORT!!!!!!!!

When we first started looking for a daycare, we visited many daycares in the New Berlin / Brookfield / Tosa area and were very discouraged. None of them made us feel like our child would be cared for well and some facilities were poorly maintained. Luckily, a colleague referred us to Innovation Station. From the initial tour, Innovation Station gave us a very positive and reassuring feeling that our son would be cared for very well (unlike every other daycare we visited). Fast forward, our son has been at Innovation Station for a year now and we couldn't be happier! The teachers care for him like he's their own, our son runs to the door every morning with a smile, and he's developing very well. I highly recommend Innovation Station to all parents looking for an exceptional daycare.

We are extremely happy with our choice to send our son here. The teachers are great and our son was fortunate enough to have the same teacher follow him up to about one years old (he started at 2-1/2 months). He is 1-1/2 now. They make a real effort to have the same teachers follow them up class to class which was really important to us since she became part of the family to our son. He absolutely loved his teachers! Each one we've had so far has been great. We really loved the daily newsletter that sends pictures out of them and what they did during the day. A real day brightener while at work. I really felt his teachers took a sincere interest in his progress and shared real excitement in his milestones (crawling, walking etc). Miss Andrea and Miss Amanda in particular where wonderful with our son. Update: Our son finished 4k there this last year. Miss Robin (4k teacher) is absolutely fantastic. After 5 years of our son being at the daycare, would still recommend.
