My son, who is african american, attended Jo’s on the northside, but I live on the southside, so I wanted to transfer him to be closer to home. I spoke to a staff member on the southside who said they had no openings, but I relayed this info to the Admin on the northside and she said the southside did have openings. In hindsight, that told me that the southside location wanted to only accept their own, which is so ironic when Jo’s was started by Joceal Price, a black woman.
Catina WashingtonOct 1, 2025Good quality child care and staff. The curriculum and activities for the children are age appropriate and educational. They even incorporate Spanish into the curriculum. Good communication with the parents as well. Es un lugar que tu hijo puede salir con un aprendizaje avanzado para empezar la escuela, el personal tiene muy buena comunicación con los padres, tienen muchas actividades diferentes por que están basadas en un currículum no nomás es cuidado infantil si no una escuela temprana edad. Lo recomiendo 💯
