Jamie KellyFeb 2, 2026I went to Jo’s learning Academy almost my whole life It was a good school but the class book combined so like for example my class if I’m in fourth grade third Grade in my class so we all learn the same thing at the same time They said I would have a fifth grade, but my niece goes to that’s school still And they said the fifth grade will be by myself, but she said they would combined fourth and fifth grade I don’t think that would be good like Willie fourth fifth fifth grade fifth grade I’m in fifth grade right now and well fifth grade is a lot a lot harder you know fourth grade And if you want your kid to socialize with more people like send them with some bigger The school probably don’t go to gym while I was there. They did not have a gym. they kept going up every year I went to first it went up to second grade when I got when I got to first grade. They went to the way when I got to second grade. They went up every year I didn’t decide in the middle of school year the they decided to have a fifth grade year to add a fifth grade. I’m going right now OK Scoolr
M BrownOct 1, 2024JO'S North is a great child care service with a school attached for your child to transition to once they turn four. The curriculum is individually based and even incorporates their garden into their learning. The business is even black owned. Such a good profit and non-profit program.
Rasheedah Abdur-rahimJul 9, 2020As parent who has a child that has been at Jo's Learning Academy for 7 years I have only good things to say . As I'm reading some of the parents reviews I must say that I am shocked , I have never experienced any of that . From the first time I waked in to Jo's I was welcomed, as a matter of fact I was scared and crying , I was a new mom and my baby was only two months old but to God be the Glory Miss Jo said to me , It is going to be alright child , for some reason that gave me much comfort , I felt as if a weight had been lifted off me . I was given a tour of the school and I was introduced to my daughter teachers , I was able to come and check on my child any time of the day and I was able to call and check up on her any time . I was never denied . As a mother you always have some kind of feelings about leaving your kid or kids with some strangers but this was not the case . Jo's learning Academy has become my family . As time progress yes my child has had some incidents, but I was always given a phone call when my daughter was wrong and when she was right . I have always been given the truth and for that I am thankful . I have so much to say about Jo's that it will take a life time to tell . That's how grateful I am to have been apart of the Jo's Learning Academy family . Now that its the last year and my daughter is a 2nd grader ,I can only hope and pray that God grant Jo's with a 3rd and 4th grade teacher so my child can stay with her family . My daughter is Naomi Newby and i am Annaya Brown her mom , and I am proud to say that we are a part of the Jo's Learning Academy Family.
Annaya BrownJul 18, 2019I can tell you from the perspective of someone who has worked inside of Jo's that this Learning Center is Awesome! The kids are very well cared for, disciplined, respectful and happy. The facility is sparkling clean and the organization is very professionally managed.
