I had a very disappointing experience with this business. My interactions left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned due to what I experienced as aggressive, intimidating, and threatening communication, including references to taking the matter to court. I expected a professional and respectful approach to resolving concerns, but that was not my experience. I believe parents should be aware that communication and trust are extremely important when choosing childcare. I encourage others to ask questions, understand policies clearly, and pay attention to how concerns are handled before making a decision.
Bea JohnsonJul 30, 2026My daughter attended this daycare for a long time. All in all, Shasta was amazing with my daughter. Our personal life was a bit messy and stressful and she let that get in the way sometimes with my child. She gave me daughter a toonie character for her toonie box and at first I thought it was great. There's a fun Shania Twain song and then Shasta reads a recipe. The next song is absolutely inappropriate for a child. It is Low by Flo Rida. I am very disappointed that she would allow children to listen to this type of music especially as a child care worker.
Kaitlyn MadsenJun 25, 2025My child had been going to this daycare for a couple of years now and I had nothing but a great experience while my child attended! She was a great teacher for her and I HIGHLY recommend her for childcare!!!!!
Megan GackleAug 8, 2022After hearing 75% bad reviews we were very reluctant too try this establishment out... After not missing a single payment and having great communication, me and my family came into a bit of a financial situation, giving Shasta a heads up that we would no longer be able to afford child care and had to remove our child, she was nothing but aggressive and threating court and changing her mind every other conversation... Would not recommend for family child care only state paid... No regards for anyone but herself...
