I've had multiple issues and instances with this daycare. The teachers often neglected my child and would right her up several times a week for behaviors related to Special Needs diagnoses. It was very difficult, they continued to write her up in disciplinary fashion even though the special ed department conveyed many times that this child is special needs. I now have her in a new daycare facility and it is a world of difference. They regularly work with my daughter and have not had a single behavior report. I never knew how amazing a daycare could be untill I had this facility for an entire year. It was awful. I am so blessed that they refused service to my child the next year due to her special needs. All things said and done, I am so blessed to never use this facility again and advise others the same. I've heard multiple horror stories frommultiple parents and I work close to this playground, often see the teachers unattentive and playing on their phones.

Shea MaloneApr 27, 2023Wonderful place to take your kids! Very up front with what happens on a daily basis, good communication, flexible with hours. Teachers really know your kids and work with them- even if they have little quirks or special needs. Would recommend to all young families!
