The staff here are family to me and my daughter 🫶🏾 age appropriate Learning activities and a safe environment. They really care. My daughter has been here since a infant and for a cautious mom like myself that speak volumes.

I absolutely love this daycare and so does my kids. I have one child who is allergic to a lot of things & they are beyond careful with him! They keep the parents updated on everything dealing with the child & the daycare itself. They are very welcoming & take pride in what they do. They make you feel very comfortable sending your child there. My experience with them has been nothing but AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for childcare!!!

Very unprofessional! My baby attended this center for only 3 wks and literally every day since day 1 was an issue! For starters they don't allow you into center. They stop and meet you at that door with your child or to get child from you. The same person greets at the door every day. By being a new parent to the facility how am I suppose to get to know and develop a relationship with the people I'm suppose to trust to care for my baby, when I'm greeted at the door by the same person. I received a bill on her 2nd day due to being "late" for picking her up. Which I was never late I just wasn't being allowed to utilize my travel time that's included in my authorized hours. Instead of explaining their policy from the beginning and trying to come up with a solution that worked for both me and them I was handed a bill and received late policy notice in my baby's diaper bag. Which that policy should have been included with the packets that I fill out. (There is more to this situation it's just a lot to write so I kept it brief they know how they were wrong). On my babies 3rd and 4th day there she was sent home with her under shirt not fasten and raised above her chest exposing her. I don't understand how this was missed when zipping her sleeper back up it's clearly noticeable also they should've been able to feel the bulge of her shirt being bunched up when holding her. I took photos and showed it to lady who greets me at the door every morning. Mind you my baby is only 8 wks at the time and I walk with her. I was told that it would be handled and she was going to have the owner reach out to me as soon as she got in that morning. I also address with her that morning about my baby coming home with her clothes soaked and how I send with her everyday with 2 bibs and change of clothes. I even showed her pics so she could see exactly what I was talking about. Again I was informed that it was going to be taken care of and I would receive a call from the owner to discuss my issues. (This was on a Friday of wk one) I never received that phone call but that following Monday I received a message from the owner via text through a app that they use. I explained to her my issues as well as inserted the pic that I showed the lady who greets me on the morning's. Her response was "OK thanks" and never heard anything else about it that day. Mind you I never met the owner because they don't allow you in the center and when I did the tour she wasn't available. She NEVER introduced herself to me or even apologized about the issues that I had. Just asked me what was going on and responded with "ok thanks". The next day I received another message saying she came up with a care plan for my baby. The care plan including changing my baby's clothes 30 mins before she's picked up and they will leave her bib on all day until she's picked up. Again my baby is only 8 wks old. I responded asking her not to leave my baby in her bib all day especially when she is being laid down for a nap to avoid any accident. I also asked that they not change her clothes "just because" before she is dismissed and to please only change her when it's necessary. Again the response was "ok" and that was the end of that. My issue with that is if a care plan was going to be established I should have been aware and included. The needs and care of my baby should have included my input especially to insure that my concerns would be taken care of. Every day after that she was still coming home with all her clothes and bib soaked even her mittens. Come to find out the bottle was leaking and they weren't using the inserts that goes in the bottle. Instead of bringing it to my attention so that I could switch out the bottle they were allowing her to just have milk waisted all over her. For her to be soaked makes me wonder how much of the actual bottle did she drink? She was picked up before by her Dad, God mom, and Grand mother, in which they never asked their relation to my daughter and nor asked for id. My daughter would always be brought to the door uncovered and no hat.

Kreative Kidz provides a safe and loving environment for children. The kids in my family attends this daycare. They love all the creative and fun activities. The daycare owner and staff are awesome. I definitely recommend sending your children to Kreative Kidz.
