  • The main reasons of choosing the academy was having a camera to watch my infant during his day there and the infant room looked spacious and clean. My son didn’t have a good experience. Although asking for specific simple things for my son, staff ignored some of my requests. He got sick almost every week during the three months he spent there. Many staff work in the infant room which increase the infection rate because teachers come from rooms of older kids. Have been charged by mistake for an extra day in December and still waiting to receive the refund. The center needs professional training to improve the quality.

  • I strongly suggest you do not enroll your children at this daycare. Poor management, and the company only cares about money. They are the one of most expensive daycares in the Madison area however they are pay their teachers the least. There are good teachers however they are not supported at all by management. My children attended for over a year and in that time when the director Robin was hired a 8 teachers left along with several families. Teachers continue to leave and families continue to unenroll.

  • Our daughter absolutely loves going to La Petite Academy every day — it truly feels like a second home for her. The teachers are amazing; they all know her so well and they know my husband and me too, which makes us feel seen and supported as a family. The classroom is a perfect balance of art, reading, fun activities, and free play — we love seeing our daughter's creativity and confidence grow each week. The administration is fantastic: they’re supportive, proactive, and always communicating with families. We especially appreciate the wonderful events they organize for families and teachers throughout the year. We feel so grateful to have found such a caring, fun, and enriching environment for our daughter to learn and grow!

  • We have had wonderful experiences with our children over the years at La Petite. The staff is and has been truly excellent. They feel like family to us. It is evident that the teachers genuinely love and care for their kiddos. Which is the main thing that this mom truly cares about.

  • Our daughter has been going to daycare here for several months in the infant room and we love it! Her teachers are great, and she is always happy and smiley when she sees them. They are great about following her developmental needs, and I can tell she is very well cared for when she is there. The daycare center is clean, bright, and provides so many toys for my daughter to play with. They also do various art projects and sensory experiences each week with the babies, and send out weekly lesson plans so I know she’s getting lots of time to play and learn. The Sprout About App that they use is wonderful. I see multiple pictures and videos of my daughter all day long, and they have a live stream video so I can peak in throughout the day to see how she is doing as well. They update everything (bottles, diapers, naps, food, activities, lesson plans) throughout the day, which is so nice! I love getting to see her play with her friends and teachers :)

Questions parents ask about LA PETITE ACADEMY VERONA

Is LA PETITE ACADEMY VERONA a licensed child care provider in Wisconsin?

LA PETITE ACADEMY VERONA holds Wisconsin licence 8000558368-022, listed as "LICENSED" by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families in Dane County, licensed since 2005-03-14. Confirm current standing on the state's provider search at childcarefinder.wisconsin.gov before enrolling.

What is LA PETITE ACADEMY VERONA's YoungStar rating?

YoungStar rates LA PETITE ACADEMY VERONA 2 stars out of five. The rating covers staff education, the learning environment, business practices and child well-being, not inspection outcomes, and it is separate from the licence.

What are LA PETITE ACADEMY VERONA's hours?

The state directory lists 06:30 AM-06:00 PM, Jan-Dec, full time. Wisconsin records the daily window but not which days it applies to, and hours change without the licence record changing, so call ahead.

What ages does LA PETITE ACADEMY VERONA take?

The licence covers 6 weeks to 12 years 11 months. That is the span Wisconsin licenses the provider for, not a list of the rooms it runs, so ask which age groups it is actually staffing.

Does this page show inspection results for LA PETITE ACADEMY VERONA?

No. Wisconsin publishes licensing violations for each provider, and none of them are included here, so nothing on this page reflects LA PETITE ACADEMY VERONA's inspection history either way. Read the violation record on the state's provider search at childcarefinder.wisconsin.gov.
