MIDDLETON EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER

We have been a part of the MBCC/MECC family from 2014-2026 with all 4 of our children attending from infants through 4k, as well as after school care in elementary school and school age care over summer. We have loved all the classroom teachers and support staff, the children receive a great variety of health meals, and we are always well-informed on activities and learning progress. We highly recommend MECC!

We feel super fortunate to have MECC in our community! My wife and I have two kids there now. The staff is always so warm, kind and professional. They’ve taught our daughter the alphabet, helped a lot with potty training, and they’ve taught her how to put things in the garbage / clean up after herself. Our daughter (who’s older) legitimately understands Spanish and speaks it in our house. They send regular communication/photos about fun things they’re doing and they document any accidents with professionalism and transparency. The list goes on. Ms. Patty and Ms. Peggy are super engaged owners. They’re there all the time and available to talk to when needed. The teaching staff is amazing. Ms. Patty helps makes accommodations for our daughter who’s a bit difficult at drop off. Ms. Laura and Ms. Grace are great with our baby boy. You can tell they have a passion for their jobs. Daycare is a big financial and emotional commitment, and we just feel very appreciative to have a great facility like MECC in Middleton.

Starting daycare as first-time parents was hard. We toured other centers in Middleton but the moment we set foot in MBCC my husband and I looked at each other and without a word, breathed a sigh of relief. It is abundantly clear that the director, assistant director and teachers are passionate about early childhood education and do this for the children. The teachers do a wonderful job with books, songs, and art for rotating monthly themes. They also teach life skills habits like washing your hands after playing outside. MBCC takes great care of their teachers and staff and it shows in how they take care of the children. We are so fortunate to have such a great daycare center in our community. When sharing our experience with friends, they wish MBCC had more locations!

We love MBCC! Our 2 year old started here at 3 month and we will send our new baby around that same time. I have always felt that my child is safe and cared for here. So many teachers, ones that he has never even had before, know his name and comment about how he loves to do this or that. They are wonderful about navigating the difficult phase of parenting like solid foods, naps, potty training. The building itself is very clean and I love all the themes they do each month. My son has friends that he talks about at home and really enjoys going to school, but also is ready to come home at the end of the day, which I think shows that he is well adjusted here. If you are looking for childcare, set up a tour and see what MBCC is like!

Middleton Baby and Child Care is a wonderful daycare center. MBCC cares about the kids first and foremost, which in part means making sure the teachers are happy. We've loved all of the teachers at MBCC and have had only great experiences. Highly recommend.
