MONTESSORI CHILDREN'S HOUSE INC

Owner is non existent. Its a chaotic mess everyday. Kids running around unsupervised going to the bathroom. Says it opens at 7. Youd think that means everything is ready to go at 7. Nope. Teacher shows up 705 with starbucks. Families waiting outside. Cindy who is "running" the place as the current owner plays keyboard warrior is completely useless. You ask her questions and she just stares into oblivion and has no clue what's going on. The one star is for Jenny Anne. Shout out Jenny Anne. Oh and they had a teacher brining booze to work and had the cops there for it. Drunk teacher handling kids. Nice. Would pick up my child and Cindy would be in her heiress chair playing monopoly go. I wouldnt bat an eye if it were pokemon go but monopoly? Come on. Oh and you can't talk to anyone because theres no office or anything. The only way to talk to someone and when I say talk to someone I mean get talked at and told they can do no wrong for 32 years is through messaging app. Pathetic excuse of a business as Lisa would call it. Feel extremely sorry for the staff and other parents who have no other child care avenue. Say it with me. I THINK YOU'RE DONE HERE.

Great School!!! My child has grown so much and learned so much at Montessori Children’s House !! He’s always happy to be there , staff does great at communicating with parents. The only thing I would say to improve is on making sure to send pictures daily even if its just one a day. I love to see the activities my child does during the day !!

I don’t want to give a 1 star. I want to give -5. This school is not for everyone. It’s not for you if like - communication or honesty. It’s not for you if want the legal ratio of teacher to child. It’s not for you if cant just give extra money away. It’s also not for you if you want a school thats is self accountable when mistakes happen.

I would give zero stars if I could. Wouldn’t suggest sending your child here if you like communication. The director has been out for 6+ months and you cannot talk to anyone about billing questions. They kicked out my children due to a billing issue in which I had been trying to get Lisa to understand for a week. This could’ve easily been resolved had she actually been there. They’ve also had a previous teacher get fired for drinking on the job. They also do not pay attention to where children actually are during the day and say they open at 7 but no one is there on time. Review their state violations before sending your child here and don’t waste your money!

My 3 yr old has been going here for 2 years now and has learned so much right from the beginning! I love that I know he will actually be learning, instead of just being at a daycare playing all day. The teachers and the owner miss. Lisa has gone out of there way to accommodate my schedule more than ounce. They all love the kids and what they do. I’m always getting art projects sent home. At least ounce a month they have some event or field trip. I wish my son could stay here longer than age 6!
