  • GREAT choice for quality childcare. The coolest thing about this school is they are nature based, the kids get to play in multiple outdoor playgrounds and learning spaces. They also have the most amazing jungle gym/mat play area indoors with tons of fun things to keep students entertained. My favorite part of this school is the teachers, they are SO FRIENDLY and genuinely concerned about their students. The director and admin team do a fantastic job and truly care. WE LOVE NEW FRONTIERS.

  • Our child truly enjoyed the program and activities at New Frontiers Preschool, but we feel it is necessary to share a serious concern regarding the school’s lack of transparency and the director's response to our encounter. We were caught off guard when our child expressed confusion regarding a male staff member who dresses in female attire. Upon looking into the matter further, we discovered this same staff member was responsible for assisting our child in the bathroom. When I contacted the director to discuss this, she was noticeably standoffish and dismissive of my concerns. I specifically requested that no biological male staff be permitted to assist my child with bathroom needs, as I believe every parent has the right to set these boundaries for their child's privacy. However, the school’s refusal to be open about these staffing arrangements or respect this request is a major issue. While I see many 5-star reviews here, I suspect most parents are simply unaware that these practices are occurring. While the curriculum was good, the director's attitude and the failure to communicate regarding these private boundaries was a total breach of trust.

  • We didn't know we could love a daycare so much. Our daughter has been enrolled full time at NFP since she was 9-months-old, and we have been so happy with the care she has received in each room through the last 3 years. All of the teachers and caregivers she had were wonderful- well trained, kind, loving, friendly, easy to communicate, and genuinely happy to work with the children. The admin staff shine as bright- they are on top of everything! The communication and transparency on any changes/news are impeccable, the organization is over the top, and they always go the extra mile to ensure the school and families are close. They organize and host fun family events often, which have allowed my partner and I to meet other parents and develop friendships as well. I could talk all day about how we love NFP, but at the end of the day, knowing that our children are safe, happy, and thriving in such a positive environment is priceless.

  • New Frontiers Preschool is truly something special. The kids get to interact with nature every single day, which is amazing and honestly so hard to find. They get to do real kid things like playing in dirt, mud, and puddles. They even get to play with worms, which they think is the coolest thing ever. I also love the focus on social and emotional learning and the way they build independence even in their youngest learners. Every classroom has a solid routine and structure that makes the kids feel comfortable and confident. The staff is the absolute best. They are friendly, reliable, and genuinely care about the kids. This is the only place I would ever feel comfortable leaving my children outside of family. I cannot recommend them enough.

  • Our 2-year-old son has been attending NFP for about six months now, and we truly couldn’t be happier with our experience. This was our first time enrolling our child in daycare, so naturally we were a bit nervous. But from the very first tour, we felt completely welcomed and reassured. The staff took the time to answer all of our questions, walk us through their routines, and help us feel confident in our decision. Since starting, our son has absolutely thrived. He adores his teachers and peers, and it’s clear how much care, patience, and genuine joy the staff brings to their work every day. The communication has also been wonderful—they always keep us informed and make us feel involved in his daily experience. We especially love the nature-focused approach at NFP. Outdoor play and exploration are woven into everything they do, and we’ve noticed such a positive impact on our son’s curiosity, confidence, and independence. He comes home excited about what he’s seen and learned, and we can tell he feels supported, safe, and happy. In just a short time, he has grown so much socially, emotionally, and developmentally. We are incredibly grateful to have found a daycare that feels like a true community. We highly, wholeheartedly recommend NFP to any family looking for a nurturing, engaging, and nature-centered environment for their child

Questions parents ask about NEW FRONTIERS PRESCHOOL

Is NEW FRONTIERS PRESCHOOL a licensed child care provider in Wisconsin?

NEW FRONTIERS PRESCHOOL holds Wisconsin licence 1000588921-001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families in Ozaukee County, licensed since 2016-07-28. Confirm current standing on the state's provider search at childcarefinder.wisconsin.gov before enrolling.

What is NEW FRONTIERS PRESCHOOL's YoungStar rating?

YoungStar rates NEW FRONTIERS PRESCHOOL 3 stars out of five. The rating covers staff education, the learning environment, business practices and child well-being, not inspection outcomes, and it is separate from the licence.

What are NEW FRONTIERS PRESCHOOL's hours?

The state directory lists 07:00 AM-04:30 PM, Jan-Dec, full time. Wisconsin records the daily window but not which days it applies to, and hours change without the licence record changing, so call ahead.

What ages does NEW FRONTIERS PRESCHOOL take?

The licence covers 6 weeks to 8 years 11 months. That is the span Wisconsin licenses the provider for, not a list of the rooms it runs, so ask which age groups it is actually staffing.

Does this page show inspection results for NEW FRONTIERS PRESCHOOL?

No. Wisconsin publishes licensing violations for each provider, and none of them are included here, so nothing on this page reflects NEW FRONTIERS PRESCHOOL's inspection history either way. Read the violation record on the state's provider search at childcarefinder.wisconsin.gov.
