We absolutely love this daycare! My daughter is so happy there! She loves her teachers, never cries at drop-off, and is always in a great mood when we pick her up. That alone says so much. As a mom, I really appreciate how much they provide, including diapers, breakfast, lunch, and a snack. It makes our mornings so much easier. They also use the ProCare app, which I *love* because I get real-time updates throughout the day and photos most days, which is such a comfort. The kids do fun art projects and spend time outside when the weather is nice, which I think is so important. The building is secure, and the check-in/check-out process is smooth and efficient. The admin staff is always aware of who’s coming and going, which adds an extra layer of safety and peace of mind. They’re also incredibly kind and welcoming. The teachers seem to have a great system in place, and it genuinely feels like they enjoy spending time with and caring for the kids. We’re so grateful to have found such a warm, well-run, and trustworthy place for our daughter!

We’ve had such a great experience at this daycare so far. It’s only been a week since our son started, but we already feel very happy and comfortable. From day one, everything has gone smoothly. My husband dropped him off and had no issues with access—the entry process with the code was easy and seamless. The staff already knew our son’s name and welcomed them both with warm smiles, which was very reassuring despite it being their first time meeting him. They also took the time to speak with him kindly, which made him really happy. The teachers have been incredibly kind and caring. Our son wasn’t feeling well that day, but they treated him with great gentleness and understanding. They’ve also started potty training and have been very attentive in following all our suggestions, which we truly appreciate. Overall, it’s been a very positive start, and we feel lucky to have such a warm and supportive place for our son.

I never trusted to send my kids to a daycare but this one is absolutely awesome! They have an amazing staff and teachers! They know both my kids by name and have a lot of safety features that makes me at ease! Also, they accept help from the state which is huge for me!! I highly recommend!! Also they keep you posted and take pictures of your kids if you’re interested!! Love this place!

If you want a daycare that demonstrates integrity, well being, and individualized care to your child, then look into getting your child enrolled with Play Haven! As a first time mama of a NICU baby, we have never had a worry or concern and my son is now 15 months. The level of care, compassion, and flexibility the center and staff provide are unmatched. I cannot believe the skills, growth, and creativity my son has just from coming to daycare and it truly is due to the staff and their high level of committment to the care they provide and the community overall. It all comes down to the details and as a full time working mom, I know my son is well cared for and loved all day! They do so many cute activities, and the utilization of the Pro-Care App, truly gives a piece of mind! My son is eager to see the wonderful teachers and his friends daily! We love this center!

We have been with Play Haven for 2.5 years. Our experience has been nothing but positive. They have been excellent with communication throughout the day. Whether it’s just sending us picture of our 2 kids, or providing a detailed notice if our kid tripped and bumped their head. Most importantly we have always felt that our children are loved and cared for.
