PLAYFUL HEARTS CHILD CARE

We have had our daughter at Playful Hearts for almost three years and we love it. I trust the staff here to care for my daughter. They follow all licensing rules and take the responsibility of caring for little ones seriously. They emphasize academics and development of age appropriate skills. We get updated throughout the day on the app on what our daughter is doing which was definitely a comfort when she was baby especially. Not only does our daughter learn a lot here but they do so many fun things. There are dress up days, dance parties, art projects, class pets, and so much more. We feel very lucky to have our daughter here and are so grateful to Playful Hearts staff!

I love Playful Hearts! All of the teachers are amazing. I love the communication the team does throughout the day through their app. They send you pictures of your sweet child throughout the day. I highly recommend Playful Hearts.

The perfect blend of "professional, public daycare" who makes sure they follow all the rules and regulations and "these teachers are like aunties to our kiddos". My family has been involved with Playful Hearts since my oldest was a newborn and we plan to finish out our daycare lives here when my youngest goes off to school in a couple years. They provide a perfect balance of fun, love, structure, and learning. We love PF♥️s!

Extremely Disappointed with the Director’s Communication and Professionalism I’m deeply disappointed by the way I was treated by the director of this daycare. I had been actively communicating with her regarding an available spot for my child. She initially confirmed that a spot was open, and I made it very clear that I was interested and responsive throughout the process. Despite my ongoing communication, the director completely stopped responding to me—no returned calls, no updates, nothing. Then, without any notice, she gave the spot away. I was left waiting and wondering, thinking we were moving forward with enrollment. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when it comes to something as important as childcare. As a parent, I expect honesty, transparency, and basic courtesy when making decisions that impact my child’s well-being. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope this review serves as a caution to other parents looking for reliable, communicative care providers.

My children have attended Playful Hearts for the last 10 years. They have always been safe and loved there (which is all a parent really wants), but beyond that, they have enjoyed an environment that promotes learning, positivity, and fun. The staff has been exceptional, both working with my kids and interacting with me as a parent. We feel like part of another family. I am so very grateful for the consistent, accommodating, and nurturing care my kids have received.
