(I apologize that this is ah lil🤏 long, smh) I see they have a few bad reviews, but I have a couple of my kids who have basically grown up at this daycare. one of them have been going for about 9 years, another started at 3yo & he will be 11 years old this year. They have a great relationship with my kids, and my kids are very VERY outspoken. So if there was Foul Play Of any sort, my boys wouldn't hesitate to tell me. Unfortunately many people don't discipline their children as needed and tend to make it difficult for other kids and staff. You also have kids today that will lie JUST so they don't have to go, Or just because they got in trouble. They have always had cameras since I began, and the mother of my children has asked to see footage before, and they definitely allowed it. They have 2 locations in Kenosha, as hard as it can be to find a place you can trust. Im telling for oir experience here..i have no complaints. 1 more thing...ppl get daycare mixed up with summer camp, field trips might happen during the summer. Butt i definitely cannot remember, bc my kids haven't attended during summer recently.
Upper CaseApr 24, 2026Please DO NOT bring your kids here. My three kids were attending this daycare for a couple of months my three year old would always come back with scratches all over her face. I brought it to staff attention and they denied it of course, one teacher even got extremely angry at the fact that I was concerned. I took my kids out and the scratches on my daughter faces and arms stopped completely. Later to find out from one their old employees there that my kids were in fact being mistreated by the staff there because they “cried too much”. Please parents do not let your children attend or experience abuse.
Alicia BellNov 26, 2024Sept 2023 Walked in for a tour randomly, as soon as walking in and glanced into the first classroom of 1 year olds, I witnessed a caregiver smacking child’s hand after taking away something from their hand. I didn’t say anything and went on with the tour. At the end of tour I asked the owner I believe “I’m sure your facility doesn’t allow hitting of children” she assured me no, and I told her what I had witnessed. At first she didn’t say anything then she just kind of brushed it off saying “I’m sure they were just playing” our staff is really good with them. I then said “I know what I saw, that wasn’t playing”, so then she kinda just said what anyone would “well I can look into it”. It seems like for them it’s more of just a business than than actually caring for your child. They have cameras but there are soo many cameras on one screen that it is imposible to actually have a good view of every class room and interactions. This place seems like it’s just a big business, I didn’t get the sense of care of love for children. There are too many children and not enough staff for all children.
Ashley MendozaSep 7, 2023My child has been attending since their opening. And enjoys going. Even on days I don’t need childcare, my child ask to could go. The staff are amazing, welcoming and accommodating. The communication all around is always great. I love how the have outings for the kids and family to attend. Even picture days! They show appreciation to parents and the children. And I appreciate them all! If you are in search for quality care with a safe and fun environment this is the place for your children.
LaToyaDec 21, 2022My son is in this daycare and we love it! You can tell he enjoys his teachers! Big bonus for me when I first enrolled him he was on both breast milk and formula and I was worried about storage and all that but they made it so super easy!! Definitely recommend.

Questions parents ask about RISING STARS ACADEMY LLC
Is RISING STARS ACADEMY LLC a licensed child care provider in Wisconsin?
- RISING STARS ACADEMY LLC holds Wisconsin licence 2000590162-001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families in Kenosha County, licensed since 2020-09-11. Confirm current standing on the state's provider search at childcarefinder.wisconsin.gov before enrolling.
What is RISING STARS ACADEMY LLC's YoungStar rating?
- YoungStar rates RISING STARS ACADEMY LLC 2 stars out of five. The rating covers staff education, the learning environment, business practices and child well-being, not inspection outcomes, and it is separate from the licence.
What are RISING STARS ACADEMY LLC's hours?
- The state directory lists 05:00 AM-06:30 PM, Jan-Dec, full time. Wisconsin records the daily window but not which days it applies to, and hours change without the licence record changing, so call ahead.
What ages does RISING STARS ACADEMY LLC take?
- The licence covers 4 weeks to 13 years. That is the span Wisconsin licenses the provider for, not a list of the rooms it runs, so ask which age groups it is actually staffing.
Does this page show inspection results for RISING STARS ACADEMY LLC?
- No. Wisconsin publishes licensing violations for each provider, and none of them are included here, so nothing on this page reflects RISING STARS ACADEMY LLC's inspection history either way. Read the violation record on the state's provider search at childcarefinder.wisconsin.gov.
