Poor management & poor staffing!
Dani HenkMay 31, 20245 stars! We have been with Shining Stars for almost 2 years and they are phenomenal with my child! The daycare staff are receptive of parents, very accommodating, and address any issues/concerns immediately. They work hands on with the kids, teaching sign language and using flash cards as they get older. They also accommodate with special circumstances such as allergies and health restrictions--great communication! Parents I feel are always well informed. They provide breakfast, lunch, and snack time... all very well prepared and healthy! For the area, they are competitively priced and do offer some discounts and family assistance. If availability is open, highly recommend!
