If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The only reason I enrolled my child here was because of the teacher in the 1-year-old room, who was wonderful. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience completely overshadowed that. The owner, Natasha, was extremely aggressive when it came to payments. Even if you were only an hour late, you would immediately get messages and threats to remove your child from care. There was no grace or understanding—just pressure over every dollar. At one point, being just $20 short meant being told my child couldn’t return. What concerned me most was the lack of proper payment tracking. I began taking videos/photos of myself paying tuition in cash, showing the exact amount, because I was repeatedly told I hadn’t paid enough. The invoices did not reflect what I actually paid, and it felt like numbers were being entered inconsistently with no clear record. After I started documenting my payments for my own protection, my child was dropped from care by the director , Jacki. That alone was extremely upsetting as a parent. On top of that, there seemed to be a lack of professionalism among staff. I overheard teachers gossiping about other teachers yelling at children, which is very concerning in a childcare environment. Overall, this experience felt disorganized, stressful, and not supportive. I would not recommend this daycare to families looking for clear communication, accurate billing, and a trustworthy environment.
