TAMI'S TENDER TIMES INC

If you were to ask me a few years ago if I would send my child here and recommend them, I would say yes! As of the last few months I can’t say that I would say that anymore. :( -the staff are extremely unprofessional. -nobody there knows how to communicate. -staff talk about families behind their backs. -the owners only communicate when it’s convenient for them. -the new “director” is very immature. -rooms are pure chaos. -the children are not considered when bouncing staff all around. -lack of consistency. I think there is potential in this center providing management learns how to communicate better, staff quit negatively talking about families behind their backs, and getting staff in there that are mature!

LOVE TAMI'S. The staff at Tami's are like family. My newborn started there last year, and now he's in the One's room. My son has a huge smile when we get there. He loves all of his teachers and often doesn't want to come home. They are so thorough with his care. He comes home everyday happy and clean. They do different fun, interactive activities through the week and will send home adorable hand-made gifts. They keep me updated through the day if there are concerns and honestly helped me raise him. They are so knowledgeable and truly love him like their own. I've never once worried about him in their care. They're upfront with costs and charges. I've never had an issue with that. Any child that gets to be at Tami's is lucky.

I highly recommend Tami’s Tender Times! I see there are quite a few “bad” reviews on here but I strongly disagree. My son started attending Tami’s Tender Times when he was an infant in the baby room and he is now in the toddler room and both have been positive experiences. The child care center has only closed for safety concerns such as bad winter weather. I appreciate the fact that they care about their employee’s safety enough to close when needed. There are so many wonderful employees I have had the pleasure of getting to know. They all truly care and have always went the extra mile to not only care for my son but ensure he feels loved while he is there. 10/10 recommend! I am very protective and expect a high standard of care for my son. They haven’t disappointed me or ever made me feel as though he isn’t getting the highest level of care.

Terrible place, they treat the children poorly, deceiving payments and issues Often! They frequently close for absurd reasons. Highly suggest taking children elsewhere! There's maybe 2 people that care at this place. Otherwise they obsessively ask for diapers for potty training toddlers.. say they need "back up". One girl told my child she should pee behind a tree when they arrived at a park & when she said she had to go #2, she told her to poop her pants. Mind you my child had intestinal surgery and they knew this. My daughter came home crying often until I finally got into a different daycare! They both seem tainted afraid to talk to the people that help them because they're afraid of being yelled at or getting in trouble for things children should not be yelled at for! One staff member yelled at my child for using "too much water" when painting. These are toddlers, good kids, there's no way they made this up! Please save yourself a bad experience and go elsewhere. Zero stars if it were possible.

Horrible place very deceiving people. Thieves is a perfect way to put it!!! Staffing issues beware!!!! Do not send your children to any of their places milton or janesville. They will not take care of your children. If they have problems with your child they will mistreat them!
