This place has changed our Autistic son’s life - and ours. When we were struggling to find a place that would welcome him as he is - curious, joyful, but high energy! - they accepted him wholeheartedly. They don’t expect kids to be all “the same kind of kid” and they jumped in as we struggled to learn how best to teach and support our son. The Village saved us and he is thriving now because no one gave up on him or shied away from the hard work, especially The Village. 🩷🩷🩷 1000/10 recommend. (Also the food is amazing, and for an autistic kid’s mom - that is EVERYTHING)
Michelle YunJun 13, 2026Excellent place. The staff here are warm, attentive, and clearly love what they do. It feels less like a facility and more like a second home. Our son proves it every morning when he can’t wait to get inside.
Brian BartholomewJun 13, 2026Couldn’t have asked for a better place for my kids to grow, learn, and have fun all while knowing they were safe! The relationships the staff build with not only the children, but parents/families will always be something we cherish.
Dedra MatchaMar 11, 2026Our family has had a wonderful experience with The Village over the past few years; the staff is warm, patient, and caring with our three young kids, and the classrooms are always clean, organized, and full of engaging activities. The teachers at The Village know each child as an individual, communicate clearly with us, and have helped our kids grow in confidence, social skills, and independence. After several years here, we wholeheartedly recommend The Village to any family looking for a safe and enriching place for their children.
Kirk WolffJan 9, 2026We currently have three children at The Village. Our oldest is in the Waunakee Public 4K program, our middle in the preschool room, and our youngest in the tot room. We truly couldn’t ask for a better place for them to grow and learn. The staff is absolutely amazing—every teacher knows our kids so well and cares for them like family. You can tell how much love and intention goes into every classroom. The chef is wonderful, and the healthy food program is such a huge plus. Our kids eat better here than they do at home most days! The Spanish immersion program has been another highlight—it’s incredible to see how naturally our children are picking up new language skills. Beyond the day-to-day care, what really makes The Village special is the sense of community. When our family went through a medical event, the daycare staff and families immediately surrounded us with support. They organized a meal train, dropped off food/snacks for the hospital, offered to help with pickups, and did whatever they could to lighten our load during a difficult time. We’re so grateful to have found a place that feels like an extension of our home and for all three of our children to learn, play, and thrive.
Kristen PowersOct 16, 2025My kids have been going here for years, and honestly I couldn’t not rave about the Village enough. The teachers are so caring, kind, and interested in not only the kids but the whole family unit. The immersion from the Latina teachers gives the kids true environment to learn Spanish, and has sparked my interest in learning Spanish again as well. This place is amazing, your search for childcare should end here!

Questions parents ask about VILLAGE EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER LLC
Is VILLAGE EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER LLC a licensed child care provider in Wisconsin?
- VILLAGE EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER LLC holds Wisconsin licence 3000588293-001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families in Dane County, licensed since 2014-09-02. Confirm current standing on the state's provider search at childcarefinder.wisconsin.gov before enrolling.
What is VILLAGE EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER LLC's YoungStar rating?
- YoungStar rates VILLAGE EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER LLC 5 stars out of five. The rating covers staff education, the learning environment, business practices and child well-being, not inspection outcomes, and it is separate from the licence.
What are VILLAGE EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER LLC's hours?
- The state directory lists 07:00 AM-05:00 PM, Jan-Dec, full time. Wisconsin records the daily window but not which days it applies to, and hours change without the licence record changing, so call ahead.
What ages does VILLAGE EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER LLC take?
- The licence covers 6 weeks to 11 years 11 months. That is the span Wisconsin licenses the provider for, not a list of the rooms it runs, so ask which age groups it is actually staffing.
Does this page show inspection results for VILLAGE EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER LLC?
- No. Wisconsin publishes licensing violations for each provider, and none of them are included here, so nothing on this page reflects VILLAGE EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER LLC's inspection history either way. Read the violation record on the state's provider search at childcarefinder.wisconsin.gov.
