I have loved Wisconsin swim academy for both of my children! They always go above and beyond. My kids used to be scared of water, now they love to swim. The instructors and the reception workers are always pleasant to work with!
Mara FredrickMay 12, 2026We have been attending Wisconsin Swim Academy for about 5ish months. BUT really, we knew since day 1 it was the place for us. Rewind to summer. My kids were invited to pool parties and they were the ONLY kids clinging to the edge, afraid of letting go. *insert heartbreak…I knew I had to do something. SOO my journey started with calling WSA probably 75 times. They likely knew my number when it popped up on the phone. Ha! I had so many questions/concerns and each time I was met with immense knowledge, patience and respect- yes, every single time! Just when I thought that was the best part, our lessons began. The instructors literally blew my expectations out of the water! My kids confidence in the water skyrocketed, and the skills they’ve attained actually allow them to go under and leave the edge of the pool. I am so thankful we jumped in with WSA. Our experience has been second to none and I’m confident any of the staff members you get the pleasure of having, you will be pleased with! It’s safe to say we won’t be the kids stuck on the edge this summer! Thank you Wisconsin Swim Academy!
Kaela RettlerFeb 11, 2026Our son started private swim lessons here in mid-October. He has autism and sensory challenges that have always made water a really difficult area for him. At 8 years old, he couldn’t put his face in the water to blow bubbles or tip his head back—honestly, I think he would have rather wrestled a grizzly bear than try anything in the pool. Fast forward just six weeks, and the transformation is incredible. He is excited to come to swim lessons. Today he told me it’s his favorite day of the week! He looks forward to getting into the water and practicing with his instructor, and the confidence he’s gained is something we never thought we’d see this soon. Every single person we’ve met here has shown him patience, understanding, and genuine kindness. Thanks to their support, we’re even planning to try a small water park this weekend—something that would have been completely out of reach for us before. They’re not just opening doors for him… they’re opening pools for us, too. We’re so grateful.
Chelcie ArnoldDec 3, 2025Small classes and structured lesson plans make for quality instruction. However, kids get very little actual swim time, often just a few minutes per class. Activities aren’t done all together, everything is done one at a time. So your child, in a class of three, spends 2/3rds of the class waiting on the sidelines. As a result, progress is slow and the cost per minute of instruction is high. We ultimately found better value elsewhere doing private lessons.
Birdman PBNov 27, 2025We love WSA! My littles look forward to class every week and ask almost daily if it is a swim day. As a parent I see improvements each lesson and love the small class sizes. I highly recommend!
Samantha Van LankveldtOct 3, 2025Has Always been a positive experience. The swim instructors are wonderful and meet your child's specific needs. If any concerns arise the staff/instructors are always willing to find a solution that works for everyone. Swim safety is very important to me being around water in summer and my newly 4 year old can tred water about 20ish seconds and do a back float for a very long time and has started building skills on different swim strokes.

Questions parents ask about WISCONSIN SWIM ACADEMY CAMP
Is WISCONSIN SWIM ACADEMY CAMP a licensed child care provider in Wisconsin?
- WISCONSIN SWIM ACADEMY CAMP holds Wisconsin licence 8000593908-001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families in Outagamie County, licensed since 2026-04-28. Confirm current standing on the state's provider search at childcarefinder.wisconsin.gov before enrolling.
What is WISCONSIN SWIM ACADEMY CAMP's YoungStar rating?
- The directory shows no YoungStar rating for WISCONSIN SWIM ACADEMY CAMP. YoungStar participation is not universal, so a provider without one has not been rated rather than been rated badly, and it is licensed and regulated either way.
What are WISCONSIN SWIM ACADEMY CAMP's hours?
- The state directory lists 08:00 AM-04:00 PM, Jun-Aug. Wisconsin records the daily window but not which days it applies to, and hours change without the licence record changing, so call ahead.
What ages does WISCONSIN SWIM ACADEMY CAMP take?
- The licence covers 5 years to 11 years 11 months. That is the span Wisconsin licenses the provider for, not a list of the rooms it runs, so ask which age groups it is actually staffing.
Does this page show inspection results for WISCONSIN SWIM ACADEMY CAMP?
- No. Wisconsin publishes licensing violations for each provider, and none of them are included here, so nothing on this page reflects WISCONSIN SWIM ACADEMY CAMP's inspection history either way. Read the violation record on the state's provider search at childcarefinder.wisconsin.gov.
