  • I have never had an issue with responsiveness or professionalism. The staff are amazing and my children love it here. They excelled at everything they needed to get my kids ready for Pre-K and the Pre-K program is top notch.

  • Unprofessional unorganized center. I inquiried about enrolling my child into their before and after program July 31st. I asked all questions before hand that I could think of and inform "Brittany" verbally that my child would start the 2nd week of school. Unfortunately, I delt with the wrong person while the director was out for vacation. I was sent an enrollment packet via email with their policies and guidelines, all were good points and understandable. On August 8th, we were officially enrolled after paying the $100 enrollment fee which secured our spot. August 11th, I received the first invoice of $200 to cover the first week and second week of school which started August 19th, this invoice was due August 16th. I was confused a bit as to why I was already charged for two weeks, so I went back to their handbook to see if I misread something. It states this, "Little Eagle has a two-week billing cycle for self-paid families. Subsidy billing cycles are a month behind. A Bi-weekly Payment plan will be utilized when billing for Before and After Care." So with that being said, I called August 16th, to ask why we pay for care 2 weeks ahead of time? Bc basically, I'd be $400 in for just the first two weeks of school technically. However, no one answered, so I left a VM to please return my call to clarify if I was reading this correctly and to confirm some info for the 27th. I never received a call back. This was August 16th. 10 days later, August 25th, I received another invoice for $200 due by 8/30, putting the balance at $400. I planned on calling them August 26th to ask my previous questions since i did not hear back and we start tbe 27th. After receiving this invoice, I assumed correctly, care is paid for 2 weeks ahead time. August 25th, I went to make the payment of $400 around 7pm and saw no balance. I found it odd, and figured I'd call in the morning, since I didn't hear back and now the balance is gone. August 26th the following morning, I received an email stating that my care has been forfeited due to lack of payment. I called immediately once i saw i had an email 8:26am. I spoke with Alsysia, and she informed that my spot was foreited due to lack of payment and my child not being there August 19th-23rd, I informed her that my child was not to start until the 27th via the conversation held on July 31st with "Brittany" hence the reason I also left a VM on the16th of August at 948am when I received the first invoice because I had questions about the payment of biweekly, and info on what I need the morning of the 27th. I asked her if my care is closed. She asked if she could be back. During this time of waiting on the call back, I logged into the Brightwheel via web browser, and saw they have a message section off in the left panel. In this section I had a message from August 21st explaining all the questions I had left a VM on and a message from August 23rd stating, care would interrupted if not paid by 4pm. This absolutely irritated me because not once did anyone ever mention the only communication was through an app called brightwheel, I only used Brighwheel browser by hitting the "pay invoice" via the email sent- the handbook stated the app was optional, not used for communication. The handbook also stated after 10 days you will be charged a late fee not that care is immediately closed. Brittany, nor did Ruthie mention this is the only way they communicate to parents via the B/A program, I was informed this was a payment option. When I asked Ruthie what can I do now since I was to start the 27th and the communication was obviously off. Ruthie became rude. I asked if there was anything I could do, Ruthie stated she went through the emails and it wasn't mentioned in writing, she also stated she removed my child from the roster of the school August 23rd. I found those three individuals rude, very unprofessional and unethical by taking the $100.00 enrollment fee, and deciding what communication was is important to them. Don't take their word, take it in their writing. Obviously, it's the $$ they want.

  • Both of my children have been here for almost a year now and it’s by far the best daycare experience we have ever had. We moved after buying a house and still gladly drive out of the way each day because we know our kids are so well taken care of here.

  • LOVE Little Eagles! My baby is 2 years old and he’s been here since 9 months old. We have been through 3 of the classrooms and they are all appropriately divided by age. My family tells me all the time how fantastic it is that my son has learned so much not just from me but Little Eagle Child Care. This daycare emphasized the learning goals we have for our child instead of just “babysitting.” They have nights throughout the year where parents can go out on date nights which I am forever grateful for since we don’t have family here. I just love how the teachers and staff all have become family at this point. If anything happens as much as a little bump, they are truthful which I appreciate so much! Nothing is as reassuring as knowing my baby is growing up with his lovely classmates, teachers, and staff while I unfortunately have to work.

  • It has been the best decision that I have ever made to bring my little ones to Little Eagles. This is an institution with very good management and excellent teachers, and I can't say enough about how wonderful they are.

  • Our daughter attended Little Eagle 10+ years ago and we had such a wonderful experience that we knew it was the place for our son. After an extended wait (because they are that awesome that there is typically a wait list), we were finally able to get him in. They have been patient and assisted us in obtaining the resources needed to help him be successful. While we will be moving on to his in county elementary school for Pre-K due to his needs, we will always be grateful to the staff and administration at Little Eagle, sing their praises, and recommend them to anyone looking for a day care facility.
