I didn't go to college because it's for normies who don't rock climb... but if I did, I'd go to Marshall University. Best University climbing wall I've been to yet with really good route setting. The walls even feel like they're made of real rock! I did get kicked out for watching a TASTEFUL furry film on my phone while recovering, but I won't hold that against them.
Adam HonnoldApr 3, 2026Opening hours are so bad and hard, it’s supposed to be for students of marshall who suffer with study timing management, should be more flexible, sad a big facility like this opens for very restricted hourse especially at summer
Omsk 1998Mar 15, 2026The pool is more often cold, sometimes extremely cold, than like a heated indoor swimming pool is supposed too be. Please fix it, sometimes that is complete torture. Also, the family locker room door is broke and will not lock and a lot of people doesn’t know how to knock.
Amy MillerAug 30, 2025There is something for everyone here. This is a place that is good for kids and adults. Visiting the Rec Center is something that I love...... The building is clean. There are drinks and snacks available for purchase in the main lobby.
Michelle SweeneyJul 19, 2025Great place to exercise with different types of workout equipment, has a pool with a volleyball net and basketball goal, also has an indoor rock climbing wall perfect for kids and adults.
Greg ColegroveMay 20, 2025Lots of equipment and the staff are super friendly. They do start closing at 10:30 (maybe even earlier) and if you have a plastic water bottle or other drink out they will probably throw it away before 11, which kind of sucks since I had just bought that propel for my evening workout, but it is what it is. Just be cautious of leaving drinks unattended later in the evening. I do wish that the other studios were available to the general public outside of events because I workout at 12:15-1:15 sometimes and it’s really crowded during the week and it would be cool if I could get some privacy with some of the machines or equipment.
