Accepted my kid, paid them, filled out all the paperwork and dropped off the money a week before he started. Came to drop him off the following week and they then said, 'oh we are full'. unorganized, unprofessional!

Ashea BoothJun 20, 2025Very unorganized. I took the risk despite what everyone was saying. First instance left me paying $500 out of pocket due to the connect papers not being verified yet everything else was. Next instance left me having to drive my 8 month old in a car with messed up brakes to a repair shop. I had informed them two days prior the baby would be late, the person on the phone even checked with the director if it was okay. Yet it then was a problem two days later and I supposedly never called. I had informed the daycare that my brakes had gone out on the way over as well but they did not care. So took him right on out.

I was waiting on my oldest to come down the steps when they were bringing down lunch trays.. my kids get there at 7. Eat breakfast when they get there, so they went 7 hours without eating..
Ciarra VancooneyOct 31, 2023NBLA truly cares about the babies and children that they are entrusted with on a daily basis. Their hours provide more flexibility for parents who have varying schedules. I love how NBLA is involved in the community as well. Highly recommend!
