Horrible customer service, called the front desk asking to speak with someone and the receptionist was rude and just hung up on me. Very unprofessional, would give 0 stars if I could
J VAug 14, 2026Very horrible daycare. I had to change the day care because of the staff being rude and I no longer felt it safe for my child to attend. The director did not fix the situation. She was rude as well. They continued to give my son pacifiers that did not belong to him, letting him stay in wet clothing. Letting other babies hit on other children. I would not recommend.

Hallie HigginbothamAug 29, 2019the facility is VERY poorly organized and ran, the director is horrible and rude and if the staff says one thing then another they believe the staff and tells you quote "i already got rid of her" which as an RN this was extremly horrible and comming from a CHURCH. def not ran by Godly people at all. I wouldnt leave my dog here as they may throw them out if their staff lies about you being enrolled fully.
