Recent parent reviews

  • I usually don’t write reviews, but I believe every parent deserves to know which daycare centers to avoid. Over a month ago, I began trying to contact Village Square Learning - St. Leo’s Campus. No matter which number I called, it always went to voicemail. After many attempts, I finally managed to speak with the director on a Sunday afternoon. She asked for some information about my child and told me to send it by text so she could forward it to the program coordinator, who would then follow up with me. That call never came. Since then, I’ve continued trying to reach both the director and the school, but once again, every call goes straight to voicemail. Personally, I don’t feel comfortable leaving my child in a place that’s so difficult to get in touch with. Communication is a basic expectation—especially when it comes to our children’s safety and care. Based on my experience, this school does not come across as trustworthy or reliable. I strongly recommend that other parents consider different options for their childcare needs.
