We had got in touch with ABC months before we had our baby making sure we had a spot and we were good, about a month after our baby was born we checked in with her asked if we still had a spot and she said we were good. Today my wife asked to come up and give her our paperwork and she said we dont have a spot anymore( a month before he was suppose to go) so now its a scramble to find a daycare. When I called to ask her about what happend she basically told us tough luck and directed ne to ecares.com completely side swiped what she did wrong. So if you go here make sure you have a backup daycare. I also understand that this is our first kid so maybe thats a regular thing but we went off of what she told us and we even asked her if we needed to find backup daycares and she said no. So I cant tell you about the experience there well because we couldn't even get in there in the first place. Overall very disappointed and a very frustrating experience
