I was very unhappy with our experience and would never recommend this daycare for an infant. The infant room frequently appeared to be over ratio, and every time I dropped my children off, all of the babies were screaming. My son came home multiple times with bite marks and scratches that staff were unaware of and could not explain. That was extremely concerning to me, especially since incidents involving infants should be closely monitored and communicated to parents. Based on our experience, I would not feel comfortable leaving an infant in their care.
Abby MooreJul 7, 2026I love this daycare. My kids have only been there a month. My 2 yr old talks clearer and more and my 4 yr old didn't know his abc's before because he just wasn't interested and now he can sing them by himself. Absolutely amazing place.

I waited for a spot for my daughter at Alphabet Academy that became available around the start of school and our family has been smooth-sailing ever since. My daughter is so happy there! It’s so clean and a beautiful facility. The staff have all been so kind and you can tell they’re really there for the kids. And on more than one occasion have they been flexible with me when life got in the way of something. Definitely recommend!

They care very deeply for my child and if I an issue arises, Jamie is quick to respond and great at communicating with me. The staff even take time to do my child’s hair in cute pony tails and braids. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for daycare, check out Alphabet Academy!
