  Would not recommend. My child attended when they first opened. I warned by a staff member my child was smacked in the face when she had bit another child. Regardless of the situation smacking a child is not acceptable and this place should be shut down after seeing all of the other problems that other parents have dealt with. If the said staff member never told me my child would have possibly continued to get abused by said adult who is certified by DFS to work and run a child care facility.

  I usually dont leave reviews but this one deserves a warning to all parents. If I could give NO STARS I would!! The owner of this facility and her daughter are nasty horrible women who lie&steal! Your children come home filthy&hungry. Staff said if my son did not eat fast enough they would throw his entire plate away. He came home starving every day. Staff told me that my son was refused albuterol & stuck in a corner and made to sit there alone until I picked him up. My infant daughter had a yeast infection every month due to them changing diapers on their disgusting floor. (When we left my daughter never had another infection!) My daughters items would come up missing several times a month & when questioned about it, they had an attitude. My kids were sent home "sick" 2-3 times every two weeks. I would take them to the dr for a fever that was never actually present. After I almost lost my job due to their constant fever claims, I asked to check it myself because I could not miss any more work. Jesie, the owner, stomped away like a child shaking her head. I took my daughters temp, sure enough, no fever. Mia then proceeded to tell me "well if she spikes a fever again shes going home". I told her as long as she had a real fever, I had no problem taking her home however I would be verifying these fevers from now on. Jesie also looked me dead in the face & told me my son "had the mind of a two year old" bc he started having behavior issues after being in their care. (Those also stopped after pulling them. Night&day difference in my children!) After pulling my kids and expressing my experience online, parents reached out to me; one letting me know that Mia smacked their toddler in the face. Previous staff told me they put 3 and 4 year olds in baby walkers as punishment, also put 1 year olds in packnplays so they couldnt walk/play if staff didn't want to deal with them&if thats not enough, several parents reached out to tell me they showed up to find their toddlers playing in the parking lot with no adults around!! They speak horribly about parents (calling derogatory names) and share opinions about your children while other parents are in the facility. After switching care & asking for YOUR legal documents (my W10) they will avoid you until you push threats to expose them to dfs, BBB, Facebook, workforce services, etc. They will respond to your messages claiming not to know who you are & to stop harassing them. When you get another agency involved, they tell them "we know who this is for, we won't be giving those documents to her". So when you're left with no other choice, you give them 72 hours to have your documents in the mail. They give you your documents at the 72 hour mark, but ALSO, have a sheriff wait outside your home to serve you with a false stalking order LOL! They called my HR dept with false allegations against their sister who worked w me (luckily we had cameras). Then after speaking publicly about the lies told in court, previous staff members/old friends of their family reach out sharing that these women serve stalking orders like they're giving out candy to intimidate parents! When you show up to court and win your case bc you provide all the nessisary proof and then some to counter all of their incredibly false allegations against you, they turn around and send a certified mail document for a cease and desist LOL!! Please visit our local courthouse for all the public documentation if you prefer proof over word of mouth; Maria Lopez vs. Jazmine Long

  My daughter enjoyed going here. The staff were very attentive. I appreciated the daily updates in the app! I'd recommend Tiny Hearts Childcare!
