Great Expectations Early Learning Center

At first it was great. We had a scholarship for my son and it was reasonably priced. Then my son started to get sent home at least once a week with a “fever” which wasn’t ever the case. I carried a thermometer with me because of how often he had a “fever” and he never had one. Then was getting told he had hand foot and mouth, multiple times a month. I then asked if the place was sanitized nightly, to which they assured me it was. I asked for the name of the company that sanitizes the daycare and after contacting them, they told me all they do is vacuum and mop floors every night, and did not sanitize the daycare every night, which was a blatant lie to my family and I. And if all of that isn’t bad enough, his mom and I were not notified that his scholarship was given away to someone else with zero communication to the parents.

In my opinion, this is the only option in town for quality early childhood development. The staff truly cares about the kids, and administrators operate with the utmost professionalism and transparency. Sending my kiddos gave them a definite advantage when they hit kindergarten. (Honestly, it helped prepare me too!) Highly recommend stopping by and taking a tour.

My Little girl has been at Great Expectations since she was one. She is now a Pre-K Graduate soon entering Kindergarten. She came home teaching me sign Language lol This Daycare is amazing!! If I could I would give it a million stars. All the staff are very friendly and professional. My little one and I will miss all of them dearly. Thankyou!!! to all the staff. All of you are a God send. May God continue to Bless this place always :)

Very comfortable with a nice, polite, friendly, and caring staff

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Great Expectations. When I first moved to Sierra Vista, I took my daughter to ChildTime (DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN THERE EVER). After my daughter (who was 1 at the time) came home with a injury, I went to Great Expectations and enrolled my daughter. My daughter has been at Great Expectations for two years now and she loves it. The environment is made for the kids. Mrs. Marge and Christine put the kids first, no matter what, the children are the first priority. In the two years that my daughter has been there, I haven't seen a single employee leave. The fact that the turnover rate is nonexistent shows me that Marge takes care of her people just as much as she takes care of her kids. This also makes the kids feel safe and creates a structured environment, with having the same teacher throughout the year. If you are new to the community and are in need of childcare, take your kids to Great Expectations.
