What California does not publish here
The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

The place is perfect for children but they limit the playtime to only an hour instead of allowing the children to "party". Too much money spent for so many restrictions. I felt rushed. I was considering this place for my daughter's party but I'll pass.
Ree VergeSep 7, 2019Had such a wonderful birthday party here for my two year old son last weekend! Staff was so friendly and organized. Party ran super smoothly and they did all set up and clean up! We didn’t feel rushed like you sometimes do at other birthday party places on the peninsula. Would absolutely have a birthday here again and my kids will definitely be doing more play dates here. Thank you to the owner, Alex, and his staff!!
Nicole GrecoJun 17, 2019I love this place. My little one had such a great time! I think I met the owner of the place, but the gentleman there gave me a tour because I was asking about birthday parties and how they structure it. Definitely check out their website, but it's really reasonably priced. You definitely get a lot for the price. Will definitely have my daughter's birthday party here.
Mark YMay 30, 2019Just hosted a party for our 3 year old at Busy Town and could not have had a better experience! The staff was warm and welcoming. They did an amazing job setting up the party room and helping the children. The process was efficient and I loved that they gave all the kids hand sanitizer on their way into lunch. The play area is safe and adorable. You can really let your little ones explore. My daughter and her friends had an incredible time!
jessica kassisMay 23, 2019Our first time there today. Went there in the morning and was told that they close at 7:30pm and we could come back anytime before that. So sounds great and we paid, played for an hour and went back for lunch and nap. Came back after dinner and was told that we need to leave as there's a party. But we were not told so in the morning! We do not live close and finding parking was challenging too in the area. The staff were very rude. Not only did they refuse to give us a refund but also refuse to give us their names or the owner's contact info. And that they were not sorry at all for all this. And that they do not care at all if we give a bad review. So here you go. One star. Will not go back there again and will make sure no one from my network goes there. In response to owner: Your excuse with website and calendar does not stand. We were told in person by your staff in the morning that we could come back in the afternoon and play until 7:30pm. If they had told us there will be parties we wouldn't have paid and entered in the morning and would have picked another place. Also you ignored the fact that your staff were rude and unprofessional for handling this. And I didn't mention this in my first review but now I will. While we were asking for your contact info your staff gave you a call and you were on the phone with her and you were aware of this issue, and you told them to give us the store flyer which has the store number for us to call tomorrow. Why didn't you let her give the phone over to me and say what you wrote above, yourself? Because there might be a chance that I wouldn't bother to post a review like this? Well you guessed wrong. It will not be a sustainable business if you keep treating people like this and I certainly will not go back, especially after seeing your insincere apology.
Y MMar 3, 2019Super cute place to spend a few hours with little kids. Check for Groupon deals! Definitely geared towards little babies up to about 4 or 5 years old. We’ll definitely be going back!

Is MY BUSY TOWN LEARNING CENTER a licensed child care provider in California?
- Yes. MY BUSY TOWN LEARNING CENTER holds California licence 414004628, currently listed as "CLOSED" by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division, first issued on April 22, 2020. Confirm current standing with the agency before enrolling.
What kind of child care licence does MY BUSY TOWN LEARNING CENTER hold?
- California licenses MY BUSY TOWN LEARNING CENTER as a day care center, a category that covers preschool-age children in a centre-based programme. The category comes from the state's own licence record, not from the provider.
How many children can MY BUSY TOWN LEARNING CENTER care for?
- MY BUSY TOWN LEARNING CENTER is licensed for up to 45 children at one time. Licensed capacity is a ceiling set by the state, not a count of current enrolment or of available places.
How often has California inspected MY BUSY TOWN LEARNING CENTER?
- California records 1 inspection visit to MY BUSY TOWN LEARNING CENTER, the most recent on April 14, 2022. The state publishes the dates of these visits but not what they found, so this count reflects licensing activity, not results. Read the findings themselves in California's own facility search.
Has California visited MY BUSY TOWN LEARNING CENTER in response to a complaint?
- California records no complaint-driven visits to MY BUSY TOWN LEARNING CENTER. That means no concern prompted a visit on the public record, which is not the same as a clean inspection history: the state does not publish what its visits found.
Who holds the licence for MY BUSY TOWN LEARNING CENTER?
- The licence is held by PADILLA, TIFFANY. California lists the licensee separately from the facility name, so the two often differ. The facility is in San Mateo County.
