My son has been enrolled at aelc for over a year. The staff had made his transition between classrooms flawless. My son genuinely likes going to daycare and has friends in multiple classrooms. The staff is attentive and friendly. The teachers are knowledgeable and implement effective play based learning. The facilities are clean and well kept. The outdoor and indoor play areas are spacious and inviting. Shout out to Ms. Stephanie, Ms. Sabrina, Ms Rachel and Ms Emily for their direct guidance. We love the STEAM and kindergarten readiness program. Thanks for making our time at aelc fun and memorable. Thanks, everyone!!
angela dFeb 16, 2026We’ve put our 2 boys through AELC and have had an amazing experience. The staff is so friendly and loving to the kids. Each kid is welcomed each day by name as we walk in and the center promotes a real sense of community. They did a great job preparing my kids for school so I feel AELC helped set them up for educational success. Also, the speech therapy services were free and really helped my younger boy. Couldn’t more highly recommend.
Dave ManleySep 11, 2025I went here as a student about over 8 years ago and I can say that it was a really great school . The other kids were well behaved and seeing some of them as almost teenagers in 2025 is wild to me, my best friend and I were in the same class when we both went there and we still kept our bond I am happy I went to Aelc instead of the other early learning schools in Denver.
AnonymousApr 14, 2025My daughter has been going here for 3 years. The education is way above and beyond. I get a weekly theme, lesson plan, and a meal plan. She loves going to school each day and is so curious about the world around her because of the school. She has made amazing friends and you can tell the staff cares. I can't wait for my son to be old enough to attend school here when he turns one.
Craig BauteFeb 28, 2025We feel so thankful our daughter attends AELC. Her teacher Ms Aimee is wonderful - caring and experienced. Classroom assistants are excellent as well (many take childhood ed classes at the colleges that share their campus with the school.) The administrators are professionals and run a tight ship The space is great - spacious with plenty of sunlight and big outdoor playgrounds where the kids have long recesses twice each day as part of CO Shines 5 Star qualification. Playing is learning! Being part of the college campus means lots of resources - full breakfast and lunch plus snacks, longer school days with reasonable vacations, strong security, etc etc. And I’m guessing it’s this affiliation that also keeps tuition reasonable? Not inexpensive but a lot less than the alternatives we looked at including ones with far less to offer… In general just a wonderful program. We’re so glad to be part of the community!!
Jesse LastOct 7, 2024We were lucky enough to get a spot for my 3 year old son in October when we moved here from the south. This place is amazing!!! Everyone is very nice and professional. My son loves going everyday and has learned so much! I’m so happy that he has one more year until he starts kindergarten to go here. Ms. Leah is amazing and the sweetest.

Questions parents ask about AURARIA EARLY LEARNING CENTER
How many infants and toddlers can AURARIA EARLY LEARNING CENTER take?
- Colorado licenses AURARIA EARLY LEARNING CENTER for 62 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.
Who can help me find child care near AURARIA EARLY LEARNING CENTER?
- AURARIA EARLY LEARNING CENTER sits in the area covered by the Denver's Early Childhood Council and the referral agency Denver's ECC. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.
Does AURARIA EARLY LEARNING CENTER accept CCCAP child care assistance?
- Yes. The state record shows AURARIA EARLY LEARNING CENTER authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation means the provider can accept CCCAP families, not that it has a funded place open now, so ask before you apply.
