I was looking for a summer program for my daughter before she starts kindergarten this fall, and Monica was incredibly helpful throughout the enrollment process. She made everything easy and helped get her started quickly. I love seeing the photos from the field trips they take, and the entire team is always cheerful, welcoming, and friendly during both morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up. We’re very happy with our experience so far!
Jessica PerezJun 25, 2026Kid City in Longmont has been an absolute lifesaver! We moved to Colorado without knowing the area or anyone around. We toured several schools for our Littles and there was no doubt about it that Monica, the Director, runs an incredible program. The length of time that teachers stay there says everything you need to know. Our one year-old had never been in a daycare center, and we were very concerned about his transition. The teachers in his room were so loving and welcoming, it made such an easy transition. The teachers in the threes room were equally as caring and wonderful. They are so great about posting pictures and sending home art on special days. The teachers surprised us with an amazing birthday project for daddy. I truly feel that Monica went above and beyond in any way she could to help us feel comfortable with registration, starting the new school, even providing two uniform shirts to help us start out. Unfortunately, because of our relocation, we had to leave the school and it was the hardest decision to pull them away. Any kiddo and their parents would be lucky to have their kids at Kid City Colorado!
Karen Tad PieczynskiMay 11, 2026My kiddo has been going here for about two years almost. Everyone is so loving, caring and supportive. The teachers are amazing and all have great attitudes with parents and kids. I recommend this care center to everyone!
ThatOne GirlNov 19, 2025We love Kid City USA! The teachers are amazing — so caring and great at communicating with families. The center is small, cozy, and super welcoming. They’re also very flexible with scheduling, which has been a huge help. Both my toddler and Pre-K child are thriving here. Highly recommend enrolling your kids!
Kim & Josiah's Wonderful AdventuresOct 15, 2025Our experience at Kid City has been great! The teachers are calm, knowledgeable and engaging with the kids. They also really value time outside for the kids which is important to our family. From the infant room to preschool, our kids enjoy their days there and come home happy and engaged. The administrative staff is also very engaged and in close communication with us about our kids and what's going on at the school. Thank you Kid City!
Caroline KellyOct 14, 2025With big, sprawling classrooms, calm and collected staff, this is the most well articulated childcare facility I have witnessed. Unlike some childcare facilities where parent presence seems to make everyone on edge and performative, I love how smooth the operations are from classroom to classroom. Monica is friendly, thoughtful, deeply empathetic and professional. Mr. Jeremiah is probably one of the only men I would ever trust with my daughter outside of our home. Ms. Sam is adorable, friendly and fully engaged. The childcare staff seems balanced with highly experienced and easygoing, friendly personable professionals. Childcare is not a perfect business — but I feel this institution prioritizes transparency, collective growth and stability for the children.

Questions parents ask about Kid City USA Longmont
How many infants and toddlers can Kid City USA Longmont take?
- Colorado licenses Kid City USA Longmont for 10 infants and 29 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.
Who can help me find child care near Kid City USA Longmont?
- Kid City USA Longmont sits in the area covered by the Early Childhood Council of Boulder County and the referral agency ECC Boulder Co. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.
Does Kid City USA Longmont accept CCCAP child care assistance?
- Yes. The state record shows Kid City USA Longmont authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation means the provider can accept CCCAP families, not that it has a funded place open now, so ask before you apply.
