"The Primrose School and the teachers have been a Godsend to my daughter and grandson, who has attended the school for the last 2 years. The teachers and the staff are caring, kind, patient, professional, and extremely helpful in working to navigate the complexities in the lives and early education of the children who attend this amazing school. The lesson plans are meaningful and relevant, as well as being built around what is relatable to the students, as well as being fun and educational. They are respectful and intentional when issues arise that need to be addressed, and are aware and sensitive to the realities and dynamics of preschool-aged children as well as children in neurodevelopmental situations. We could not have asked for a better learning environment for my grandson over the past two years, and we will truly miss all the teachers at Primrose Tall Grass when he starts kindergarten this fall." Thank you all for being such a vital part of my grandson's life for the past 2 years. It has been invaluable.
Denise WyldeJul 13, 2026The team at the Tallgrass Primrose are amazing. They have been incredible to work with and have been great with our kids. I know there are horror stories about daycare and teachers, but this place is a dream. The first daycare we used was one of those horror stories and then we came to Primrose and have stayed ever since. People can argue about cost, but you get what you pay for, and we get a lot of great things at this Primrose. It's not the brand I trust, it's the staff, especially the front desk crew. The ladies running the show are all very kind, professional and care about the kids at their facility. The teachers are equally amazing. I've heard of some early care teachers who could give a #2 about the kids they watch, but the staff here always keeps us up to speed because I ask them too. And they display a genuine interest in the development of all the kids. Finding a daycare where you feel like your kids are in good hands when they are not with you is one of the most stressful aspects of being a new parent. If you're in the neighborhood, or can make the drive, the Tallgrass Primrose can remove that big stressor from your life. As happy as we are that our youngest will be going into kindergarten soon, we are bummed to leave to teachers and staff at this school. They have been part of our lives for a long time now and have taken incredible care of our kids in that time. I cannot recommend this particular Primrose enough! I hope every parent finds a daycare as amazing a this one.
JoshNov 24, 2025We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Primrose Tallgrass. From the moment we first visited, the staff made us feel welcome and truly cared for our child’s well-being. The teachers are not only kind and patient but also highly engaged in each child’s growth and development. It’s clear they put thought into the daily activities, balancing fun, learning, and creativity in a way that keeps the kids excited to come back each day. What stands out most is the sense of community and trust the daycare creates. Communication is excellent—whether it’s updates throughout the day, thoughtful feedback, or celebrating milestones together, we always feel connected and involved. Our child has made wonderful friends, gained new skills, and grown in confidence thanks to the nurturing environment here. We’re so grateful to have found a place that feels like a second home for our family.
Matthew BradySep 8, 2025We started our Primrose School of Tallgrass journey in 2024 and are very grateful to have found a school that fits our family so well. During our time at Primrose our kiddo has been in Preschool Pathways, Preschool, and now PreK. We love how connected our kiddo has stayed with former teachers, and how much she is loving getting to know her current teachers. There is such a strong sense of community throughout the entire school. My youngest is set to start at Primrose in a few weeks, and it is so reassuring knowing I will be sending my little guy to a childcare facility I can trust. The Leadership Team greets every single child by name upon arrival. Communication in person, via email, and through the app is excellent. We really love the curriculum (PreK has been especially fun!) and the focus on both academics as well as social-emotional skills and relationship building. Highly recommend!
Alyssa HainesAug 30, 2025We are so grateful for Primrose of Tallgrass! Since starting preschool, our son Mateo has grown tremendously. His social skills have blossomed, his writing has improved, and most importantly, he is excited to learn every day. It’s such a joy to see him thriving in an environment that is nurturing, engaging, and focused on helping children reach their full potential. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to start him at Primrose!
Milagros De LunaAug 29, 2025We love Primrose Tallgrass. We cannot say enough great things about Mrs. Gina and Ms. Beth. Our daughter loves going to school and being able to learn new things and interact with others her own age. She has been thriving here and we feel comfortable that she is in great hands. The entire Primrose staff is fantastic, ever since day one they know our daughter and greet her by name. They are always a welcoming face in the morning and a cheery goodbye in the afternoons. We are glad we chose Primrose Tallgrass and will be here for many years to come.

Questions parents ask about Primrose School of Tallgrass
How many infants and toddlers can Primrose School of Tallgrass take?
- Colorado licenses Primrose School of Tallgrass for 16 infants and 37 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.
Who can help me find child care near Primrose School of Tallgrass?
- Primrose School of Tallgrass sits in the area covered by the Arapahoe County Early Childhood Council and the referral agency Child Care Innovations. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.
Does Primrose School of Tallgrass accept CCCAP child care assistance?
- Yes. The state record shows Primrose School of Tallgrass authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation means the provider can accept CCCAP families, not that it has a funded place open now, so ask before you apply.
