Kathleen HMay 24, 2026Smelled bad made us work… almost like a FARM would?? Yes this is about Adrian and I’m leaving 3 good reviews to make up for this one! On a real note everyone was respectful and king and I had an amazing time with my team! I really hope we visit here again it keeps us humble and reminds me of the value of a hard days work! Great place!
LuisNov 11, 2025Our family has loved being a part of the monthly events at The Urban Farm. Our kids have participated in the Poultry Club and have gained so many new skills, and most importantly confidence. They have learned how to care for the animals and have developed the ability to confidently present and share their knowledge about their chickens. The staff is all fantastic. They really care about the animals but they also all seem to have backgrounds in working with kids. We also love how accessible the farm is, right in the heart of the neighborhood, making it easy for families to stay connected to agriculture, animals, and hands-on learning. Such a wonderful community resource!
Michelle BensonOct 29, 2025My whole family has been coming here for years and we love it so much! The kids enjoy the summer camp and the poultry club. My husband has a garden plot. We love having access to animals, the outdoors, and the wholesome feeling of gardening, which are not possible for us at home since our yard is very small. The events are always a blast, too!

We love the variety of activities and our kids learn about nature while having fun with poultry, horses, rabbits, cows. All the staff is loving to the kids and the animals. It’s our little escapee form the city life!!!
Silvia SteimleOct 28, 2025This is a little hidden gem I never knew about. This place is great for adults and kids! Plenty of animals to interact with and the garden is beautiful! I highly recommend this place. Also found out they do birthdays and you can volunteer. The staff is amazing and the animals are well fed and taken care of.
