When we were choosing daycare for my son, everyone I talked to described their daycare as “fine” or “you know, it’s daycare.” EXCEPT the families who went to Bambini. They raved about their experience and I knew that is where I wanted my son to be. My two kids attended Bambini as infants until we moved to another state. The saddest part of our move was leaving Bambini and the wonderful teachers and community. My kids were so loved and cared for at Bambini. For new parents who lived 1,000 miles away from our families, this meant everything to us. Our teachers partnered with us through potty training and picky eating and every other challenging stage. Our kids thrived at Bambini and gained so much confidence, including with their Spanish. Our teachers celebrated our kids, encouraged their interests, and treated them with so much love and kindness. The families who go to Bambini are also amazing and we made lifelong friends. Could not recommend more!
Blair WatlerAug 5, 2026We love Bambini so much! Our son has blossomed so much there. The teachers are loving and create a fun, safe environment. The meals are healthy and well-balanced. Our son’s Spanish has exploded and it’s amazing to hear him speak English at home and then seamlessly switch to Spanish at school. We love Bambini and could not recommend it more.
Allie MedackAug 3, 2026I’ve been a Bambini NoMa parent for the past 2.5 years with both of my kids attending from infancy through toddlerhood. I still rave about this Center to anyone who will listen. From the first day, every member of the staff has created a loving, safe, and fun environment for my kids. I love that they are expanding their minds and learning two languages at once but also that they have a broad ranging curriculum, activities like music class and yoga, and great food every day. You will not regret Bambini!
Andrea Wallach WestJul 3, 2026Our daughter started at Bambini NoMa at eight months old and will graduate just before turning four. After three years, I can say confidently: this is an exceptional daycare, and it is hard to imagine leaving. The staff, across all faculty and support roles, are thoughtful, professional, and clearly invested in the children's development. Her teachers have been outstanding educators and caretakers. We drop her off knowing she truly is cared for and loved. The small class sizes and consistent teachers in each room mean she's built real relationships with adults who know her well. The administrators, Heidy and Jessica, are extraordinarily competent, careful, and caring, and they have earned our trust time and time again. The bilingual education is remarkable. She speaks Spanish as fluently as English and seamlessly switches between them, and applies what she learns in Spanish to English at home. She's really been educated there, not just supervised. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and carefully laid out—if you’re even a little skeptical about the place, a tour will put your doubts to rest (as it did ours). The meal plan is comprehensive and thoughtful: healthy breakfast, lunch, and snacks daily, included in tuition. It's a differentiator that matters. We're so grateful for everything they've done for us, and if you are reading this and wondering whether this is the right place for your kid—it almost assuredly is.
Sam UngarJul 2, 2026We absolutely love Bambini! The teachers love our daughter so much. The Spanish immersion has been wonderful, and we have had no problems with communicating with the teachers and staff even though we do not speak fluent Spanish. The menus are excellent (and I am a Registered Dietitian so I pay attention!). The facility is beautiful, building staff are friendly, pickup is easy. Cannot say enough great things!
Ali HardJul 2, 2026Bambini has been such a gift to our family. Every teacher and staff member is exceptional and truly loves the children as their own. For two years, my son commuted with me on the train to Bambini. I never once worried about him at Bambini. He was loved, safe, well cared for, and always excited to be there. The curriculum is outstanding, and the children enjoy enriching experiences, from walks around DC and visits to city parks to field trips. Our son understands and speaks Spanish remarkably well. While Bambini is expensive, the quality of care and education makes it well worth it. We are only leaving because we are expecting our second child and I will be maternity leave. Our commute is quite far and logistically, it will not make sense while on leave. We plan to send our second child to Bambini and would gladly consider re-enrolling our son. Thank you, Bambini. We will miss you and look forward to being part of the Bambini family again soon.
