Went on the website to schedule a virtual visit and, even though I received tons of reminder emails/texts/voicemails, no one showed for the call. I called them to let them know I was on the line and no one picked up. Minutes later I got an automated email asking me to schedule a visit to get started with the enrollment process. If this reflects the attention my child will get, I think I’ll pass on enrolling them here.
Daniel Amador RenardMay 12, 2026I cannot say enough good things about the Harbor. It is so reassuring to know that I can drop my daughter off and she is in an environment where she is loved and taken care of. The teachers are extremely inventive when it comes to crafts and activities. She comes home knowing new concepts and words and I think to myself, where did you learn that? They have a playground and get to go outside twice a day, which my daughter loves. They have an app they regularly update re eating, sleeping, diapers, and activities, so I can quasi stalk my child all day long if I want to. I have been really awed by their covid precautions and with how serious they are about doing their best to keep all of the kids as safe as possible.
Brittany HamelersDec 4, 2020Our children attended the center for 7 years and we loved being a part of the Harbor community. The current director, education coordinator and staff emphasize parent communication, responsiveness to concerns, and excellence. Many of the educators have been with the center and Bright Horizons for a while and truly care about the kids and families and emphasize learning and development. The center has a beautiful space with light and bright classrooms, excellent cleaning and maintenance, and a great private outdoor playground for the kids. I feel confident in recommending the center as a safe, educational, and supportive place to enroll your children.
Pam KDec 4, 2020The Harbor is a wonderful place for children and their families. Every educator in the center is dedicated, passionate, enthusiastic, talented, and devoted. We are grateful to the staff and administration for providing an environment where every child can thrive and feels appreciated and loved. And it is clear to us that every child is loved and appreciated. In this environment, our son couldn't be happier. He's growing and learning faster than I ever could have imagined. I was concerned about the transition back to daycare after so much time at home during COVID, but I didn't need to worry. The Harbor was ready, made the transition smooth, and he has made huge developmental strides under his teachers' guidance and leadership. He's stimulated and engaged by the lessons and their boundless creativity. We are thankful for the Harbor and feel so lucky to have our son there. Every morning I leave feeling a twinge of sadness that he's so happy to walk away from me, but glad he has the opportunities the Harbor provides. I also walk away with confidence in the COVID protocols and the lengths they are taking to keep every child and every educator safe and happy. The Harbor is truly a special place.
Caroline CrenshawOct 1, 2020The Bright Horizons Harbor at Station Place is magnificent. The teachers are superb educators and take the utmost care of the kids, performing both tasks with infectious enthusiasm. Further, the COVID precautions and safety measures taken by The Harbor are intelligent, consistent, and instill the parents with confidence. The most ready proof is that our toddler excitedly walks in the doors every morning, racing to be with the teachers and other kids, and every morning we peacefully depart with complete trust in the staff. Even passing by on the weekend our toddler once rushed to the doors of The Harbor, in an instant letting us know how crusty and boring we are in comparison.
