EXPANDING OUR KID'S WORLD INC.

This is a truly wonderful facility and I am so thankful that my children have the opportunity to attend this center. The owner, directors, and teachers treat us like family and take outstanding care of our children.

If I could give them a lower rating than I would!! The funny thing is that my children never even had a chance to go here! So my low rating is from conversation with the director prior to even touring the center. Long story short, I was scheduled for a tour and I missed it. I called back to apologize and reschedule after briefly explaining how hectic life has been for me and my children. She completely disregarded and went into how long she waited after work for me. She then told me "I don't even know what you are looking for" I explained what I was looking for and she offered to reschedule on a day that I was unavailable. She then said "rightttttt (sarcastically) that's the thing I keep trying to schedule and your postponing so I don't know" (MA'AM I POSTPONED ONCE).. I then said "you know what it is fine, I will continue looking elsewhere. Your whole attitude is throwing me off"..she then said "Ok! have a good day" and hung up. Um, is this how you speak to parents? Let alone someone who potentially would like your service? Ma'am you have no idea who you are speaking to...humble yourself! LET'S JUST SAY THAT I AM GLADDDD THAT I DECIDED NOT TO SEND MY 2 MONTH OLD SON HERE!!! I have a feeling that things wouldn't of went well between me and them. She absolutely confirmed these reviews stating that she is short, rude, unprofessional and impatient. It bothers the f**k out of me when people are in the business of working with children who have terrible attitudes. I see it way too many times, these entitled a** attitudes that will cause your business money that you did not even realize was potentially yours! Its really a shame and frustrating as he**... DO BETTER!!!!!

The school age center needs a better director and better realistic policies. How can anyone pick up a child 30 minutes from the moment they call you when you work an hour away. 🤔 it seems that they look for ways not to watch your kid. You get paid to be an adult. Be one...

Teachers are AMAZING! The owners are not. They will do anything to get money out of you and lie about it. Many incidents my kids had and NO report what so ever.

My account was hacked, I did not leave a negative review. This daycare is the Best in the State. It’s not like a daycare it’s like dropping your kid(s) off at a family members house. They are loved and treated like family. I could go on an on about how, I love the staff at Expanding Our Kids World. Last this is coming from someone that isn’t a fan of Daycare’s, but they changed in how I feel on Daycare’s. When your kid(s) are running to get their their classroom or teachers that’s a good sign And furthermore anyone that knows, the parents of my Grandkids knows they make the decisions on their kids.
