Mrs. Pam Davis and her staff operate a very Professional school at ABC Learning Academy. Each time I have interacted with the environment, someone greets me upon entry after they buzz me in. I appreciate the safety mechanism and their collective attention to the needs of the children and the families they serve. The Educators are energetic and they keep the children motivated to learn. I have seen children not want to leave when it was time for them to be picked up, as they were having such a good time with their friends. I highly recommend this school to families looking for a place where they can have peace of mind for their children, while they are at work. I also recommend this school for all children, as they will learn and thrive here. Thanks, Dr. Kiki Singletary-Williams ♥️♥️
Kiki MichellellcJun 4, 2026Don’t bring your kids here. Pam DOESNT care about the kids or her staff. She’s all about the money. Wayyyyy TOO MANY kids and not enough Teachers. There is no HOT WATER!! She has GREAT teachers but they don’t last no more than 2 weeks because she doesn’t know how to treat nor respect them. Please don’t send your kids here. THEY HAVE RATS!!!!!!!
Mars TaylorMay 22, 2026I went to drop off a child this morning as a favor to the parent, and the experience was completely unprofessional and concerning. When I arrived at 6:46am, the staff wasn’t prepared at all despite the fact they open at 6am. I had to ask about the sign-in tablet, and only then did one woman slowly power it on. There were three women standing near the exit—one blocking the door while talking on the phone, and two standing in front of the desk. The woman blocking the door was also the one on the phone, speaking to either the owner or director. While I waited for the tablet to turn on, she started questioning me about whether the child would be attending today and tomorrow. I clearly told her she would need to ask the parent. She repeated what I said to the person on the phone but added things I never said. Then she suddenly announced that the child couldn’t stay, supposedly because of a payment issue—something that should have been addressed with the parent, not with me. They all started going back and forth with me, insisting that I call the parent. I repeated multiple times that I was not responsible for that and that they needed to contact the parent themselves. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the woman on the phone instructed the staff member by the door not to let me leave the building. At that point, it was 6:50am in which I called the police. While on the phone with them, I made my way past the woman blocking the door without touching her, pressed the exit button, and walked out. The staff then tried to send the child outside after me, saying the child couldn’t stay. I told the child to sit down and again told the staff to call the parent. Once they realized I was actually on the phone with the police, they suddenly tried to downplay the situation, saying “it wasn’t that serious.” But it was serious. No daycare or school should ever attempt to stop someone from leaving the building, especially someone simply dropping off a child. And no staff should ever try to make a non-parent responsible for payment issues or decisions about the child’s attendance. Not to mention, the center always smells like dead mice, which is another huge red flag. I will be reporting this entire center. Their behavior was unprofessional, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. I do NOT recommend sending your child here.

ChicagoJun 14, 2023First off let me start by saying I love Mrs Pamela Davis I’ve never met anyone like her. All four of my children attended ABC learning academy from their infant-toddler age to graduating preschool age. The main thing that stood out to me at her learning center was the fact that she had a curriculum for every age I mean even at 6 weeks old they’re learning. They were teaching my children foreign language at 2yrs old. Her facility is very family oriented and they make you feel like you belong. The family fun activities are always a success. Also I love the fact that Ms. Pam and her staff goes above and beyond for our children and their families. I could write a book about this wonderful school but you all get the picture. I wouldn’t send my children no place else. I really wish the school taught all the way to 12th Grade. Ms. Pam and staff the Toland-Lee family love you all.

Questions parents ask about ABC Learning Academy
Is ABC Learning Academy a licensed child care provider in Georgia?
- ABC Learning Academy holds Georgia record CCLC-9054, listed as "Open" by Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning in Fulton County. Confirm current standing on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov before enrolling.
What is ABC Learning Academy's Quality Rated star rating in Georgia?
- Georgia rates ABC Learning Academy 2 stars, on a scale of one to three where three is highest. Quality Rated measures programme standards the state assesses, not inspection outcomes, and it is separate from the licence itself.
Does ABC Learning Academy offer Georgia's Pre-K?
- Yes. The state record lists ABC Learning Academy as taking part in Georgia's Pre-K Program, Georgia's lottery-funded programme for four-year-olds. Places are limited and enrolment runs on the state's own calendar, so ask the provider how to apply.
Does this page show inspection results for ABC Learning Academy?
- No. Georgia publishes inspection and complaint history for each provider by fiscal year, and none of it is included here, so nothing on this page reflects ABC Learning Academy's inspection record either way. Look the provider up on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov and read its visit history.
