  • I would not recommend this daycare. Mr. Vic often hires individuals with no prior experience working with children many of them previously worked in fast food or are simply parents of students who attend the daycare. Some staff members are rude to the children and only act appropriately when parents are present. To my knowledge, none of the teachers are CPR-certified or have taken any early childhood education courses. One morning, I dropped my children off and was surprised to find a 15-year-old in charge of a classroom. When I asked her how old she was, she told me she was 15 and that it was her class. There is also a serious lack of organization. You often have to wait outside for someone to open the door because no one is stationed at the front desk. My child has also told me that some teachers treat certain students differently and that there are roaches and gnats throughout the facility.

  • Our kid has been attending creative Image for about 3 years now. The owners Pam and Vic have always been very caring and loving towards our very active special needs child. They go above and beyond to accommodate him and even helped us get his IEP together and assisted with his ESY. The staff is also very sweet and our picky eater will happily eat miss Pam’s sandwiches and snacks.

  • My child and I were fortunate to find Creative Image a few years ago. As a 2 year old, he was struggling with his behavior and being in a class setting. After being dismissed from multiple day care facilities, he found a caring team here. Vic, Pam, and the rest of the staff cared deeply for my child and also helped refer me to therapies he needed, like Speech and Language therapy and Occupational therapy. They have always loved him like family, and I will always appreciate them.

  • If I could give 0 stars I would. Place is always dirty, smells funny and moldy. Two of the classrooms ceiling fell in and they never fixed. The kids always sick. When exposed to covid they sent a letter out super late closing the school last minute and took forever to open again. Bathrooms are not up to part. They don’t teach the kids or motivate the kids. My son turned 4 and they was supposed to move him to his class age group and never did. Then they overcharge like I don’t pay attention for the weeks my kids don’t go. Just money hungry. Mr. Vick that runs the place always joking about money that’s all he care about. The kids for after school be running around and loud fighting and doing a lot place is unorganized unprofessional and unsanitary.

  • The teachers at this daycare are loving and caring. They know how to deal with children with delayed speech. My nephew was speech delayed and under the autistic spectrum at 2 yr. Since putting him in this school he has done a 180 with his behavior. He is talking and laughing alot, almost potty trained. It has been a very positive experience. I am happy we decided to move him from the other daycare.

  • The worst daycare I have ever had any type of experience with. I have been having issues with them since day 1. At first they were constantly losing my child’s diapers & wipes. They lost her cup then tried to say the sent it home when they never did. I went one day & seen my daughters cup on the counter with another child’s name on it and I know it was her cup because no other child had that cup in the class. I made sure of it before I purchased it. There has been incidents where my daughter would have bathroom accidents because they wouldn’t allow her to go use the bathroom and she hasn’t peed on herself in years. I’ve picked my daughter up numerous times with her pants soaked because they allowed her to sit in one pull up all day and pee on herself. When they do have good teachers they leave because the daycare is horrible. My 2 year old hasn’t been getting potty trained outside of at home in 2 weeks since Ms.Selma quit. The owners don’t give a care in the world. All they care about is the money. I receive caps so I was informed at the last minute my co pay had changed to $26 which was no issue. My problem came in when my balance went from $26 to $153 within 3 days. The owner Mr.Vic felt some type of way because I said I wouldn’t be sending my children back and had the van bring my children back from their elementary school and drop them off at the daycare. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with a daycare in my life.
