My kids have been going to this daycare since they were babies, overall great daycare. Director works well with my family and my kiddos.
Ariel ReazorJun 29, 2026My daughter is in the 3 year old class and loves it!! She has learned so much in just a short period time that she has been there! Everyone is so welcoming and kind! Highly recommend!!
Amber BrownApr 21, 2026My son came home today with a bleeding gash on his head. I was never notified by the school of the injury. Was told to sign an incident report at the time of pick up when the school day was over. This gash came from another student in my son’s class. As the parents we are livid this is not acceptable. The injury is swollen.
Shane ChanceApr 20, 2026I recently went to check the school out because at my child’s school there was abuse on a child. I let them know that that is the reason why I was trying to put my son in the school.. now today, I found out that someone at the school called the director at the old school to let them know what I told them about them so this means to me that maybe the school does the same and they have each other‘s back. This is horrible. this should never be done to any parent or any child. It says a lot about this school..
Jamara DelvalleMar 26, 2026i wish i could give this place a 5 star but sadly i can’t. turns out the building is covered in mold that’s clearly visible from the outside of the building.not only that but i also witnessed a classroom with older kids literally jumping off the tables while a teacher with jet black hair was on her phone? i mean that’s ridiculous! not to mention almost all of the original staff except who have been here for years has quit since this new director came?
lolaDec 3, 2025I wanted to take a moment and tell you what a great school Gainesville academy is! These last few months I have seen so many great changes with the teachers and new Director! I picked up my granddaughter and the new Director was so helpful and kind she offered to find my granddaughters coat and help me check her out. The teachers were also engaged and making art activities with the children. We love all the warm and friendly smiles that the staff offers , and the loving care for my granddaughter !

Questions parents ask about Gainesville Academy
Is Gainesville Academy a licensed child care provider in Georgia?
- Gainesville Academy holds Georgia record CCLC-35870, listed as "Open" by Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning in Hall County. Confirm current standing on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov before enrolling.
What is Gainesville Academy's Quality Rated star rating in Georgia?
- Georgia rates Gainesville Academy 2 stars, on a scale of one to three where three is highest. Quality Rated measures programme standards the state assesses, not inspection outcomes, and it is separate from the licence itself.
Does Gainesville Academy offer Georgia's Pre-K?
- Yes. The state record lists Gainesville Academy as taking part in Georgia's Pre-K Program, Georgia's lottery-funded programme for four-year-olds. Places are limited and enrolment runs on the state's own calendar, so ask the provider how to apply.
Does this page show inspection results for Gainesville Academy?
- No. Georgia publishes inspection and complaint history for each provider by fiscal year, and none of it is included here, so nothing on this page reflects Gainesville Academy's inspection record either way. Look the provider up on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov and read its visit history.
