La Kids Academy

I sent over my child’s information for enrollment to Ms. Kim and tried to call a few days later just to confirm that it was successful submitted. no one’s been picking up the phone or texting back. I have Also left multiple voicemails. I regret sending that personal information over, I feel like after two weeks, I should have had a response by now. I hope nothing fraudulent is going on. Please reach back out I am very concerned

I LOVE La Kids Academy.. super clean, communication between parent(s) and teachers is great, rooms are properly adjusted for the child age group. My daughter has been going here for over 3 months, she has became so independent, has learned so much, and i have seen so much improvement. STAFF is AMAZING, No Complaints so far! VERY happy with LA Kids Academy

Where do I begin? My son, who's now two, has been going here since he was three months old. Today was his last day at La Kids and this is how he looked when I picked him up. Injured- with the skin from his nose and upper lip scraped off. But that's not even why I decided today was his last day. He's not coming back because the owner, Ms. Florence, refuses to deposit our checks. My payments from March, April, and May (over $1,800) have yet to be deposited despite my constant inquiries and pleading. Ms. Kim tells me the same story every time, "Ms. Florence will take care of it by Friday." Fridays have come and gone, but nothing changes. In fact, we had this same exact issue last year and she argued that the problem was because of my bank. This simply isn't true. What is true is that there are some incredible teachers at this facility. Ms. Tee, Ms. Journey, Ms. Cindy, Ms. Detra...thank you. You have taught, cared for, and loved our son and we deeply appreciate you all. It's heartbreaking that it has to end this way. Parents, if you want to know what your child is eating, their daily schedule, regular pictures of them, advance notice when building renovations are taking place, or basic honest communication from your daycare provider...I encourage you to look elsewhere.
