Staff this morning was rude I see why my daughter stop working here the way these ladies talk to people is disturbing
Cherell JenningsApr 2, 2026I’m surprised this place is still opened after 30 years yeah I went there back then teachers and the kids especially were horrible I’m glad my niece won’t be coming here kids would beat the crap out of me while the teachers watched and did nothing only good thing that came out of it is when this lost dog showed up and we got to take it home I was so happy when we moved from this garbage I didn’t have to worry about coming home with a black eye anymore or what teacher is going to punish me for taking up for myself because I got tired of being bullied I hope the teachers there today are better then what they were 30 years ago cause when they took us on a field trip I had fell down a mountain hill nearly down into the woods they almost left me behind y’all were a child’s nightmare treat the todays children better then they did back then
Alexis HernandezJun 10, 2025The director has a terrible attitude and will speak to your children like animals "sit. stay ,don't move eat now !" she yells at the kids and exclaims at the babies its really heart breaking . that director should be let go
Caroline MoralesOct 18, 2021I watched the director scream and yell at a 1 year over him peeing on himself i immediately waited until the parent came to get their child and told them what happen needless to say I took my child out of this facility the following week after having a talk with the director about the ordeal the next day my son had this mark on his shoulder . Do not take your child here
Paso PapiOct 18, 2021My son went here for a few months. They didn't answer the phone at times and the director has THE WORST attitude. Her customer service skills are horrible. To get my son in she was different, but immediately after, She showed her true colors. She asked for the same documents more than once, and didn't apologize after misplacing them. Always had an attitude, excuse, or simply knew nothing about what was going on in the place. The owner a light skin island lady has nothing to do with the children. She just brings the food and spends time in the office n leaves. She's basically a slumlord to me. The building def needs work. Maybe like a paved driveway, idk. Anyway, the young skinny pre-k teacher was nice though. She was full of positive energy and good at communicating. I hope she's found somewhere better to work. The other 3 year old teacher, bigger lady, was rude as well. Seemed like she hates working there. They didn't keep the children clean and my son regressed there. He forgot things he already knew while being there. They weren't teaching anything. The basement or "classroom" flooded multiple times and smelled like mold. I took my son out as soon as I found an opening where I wanted him. I just started him at another childcare facility without an explanation just to see how they would react and NO ONE ever called to check on him after. Don't send your child here unless you know these people personally. They cater to their family and friends and just collect money from the rest.
ShadayMay 29, 2019Ohhh boy where do I start?! PARENTS GO WITH YOUR FIRST INSTINCT!! Pls! So before I put my son in this daycare i already felt a little way about it because yes I previously posted before how no one answered the phone ( and I called more than once) which me being a first time mom did not think that was ok Especially if i want to call and check up on my child.so i left it alone. Months later im like ok like I really need my child to go to daycare im working and not everyone is going to help you (which is understandable, your responsibility)I called again i said hey i just wanted to know if you guys have available space for a 2 year old the lady who answered( which I now know was the director) said no but the way she said it was sooooo RUDE AND NASTY you just could hear it in her voice she didn't want to be there herself.(that was strike2) my family memebers were telling me maybe she was having a bad day etc..so i tried again SMH.! I had no other daycare for my child to go to ASAP and I was running out of options. Long story short a week or 2 later they had space for him they told me the curriculum was their#1 priority (because that was my main concern) and they do assist with potty training. OH LORD they are outside ALL THE TIME not understanding how curriculum is#1 (unless its a daycare to learn about outside which is didn't know) i would call to check on him or even when I picked him up "how was such and such..how did he do today" one of the teachers( dont get me wrong nice lady but working in a daycare is not her field) her communication skills are HORRIBLE! Her response EVERYDAY oh he did good. Me being a first time mom as I mentioned I want details. So I realized this was her and just asked EVERY SINGLE time ok well did he eat did he have a good day was he cranky etc..one day it was he didnt eat or drink today..like what? So how did he do good? My child is not a little child like hes big for his age so to hear that of course i was worried and upset because for you to say he did good but didnt eat or drink like thats not ok. My child was bit at the daycare director told me she had no knowledge of this child going around biting kids mean while one of his other teachers (who was very informative) told me they ALWYS have a prob with this child and its been brought to the directors attention. The director told the teacher she shouldn't have told me that the child was doing all this in the daycare. So that lets me know right there she lied when I confronted her about the situation of her not knowing about this child basically acting up in daycare. THATS NOT OK TO LIE TO A MOTHER WHO IS JUST CONCERNED about her child !. Sorry for the long paragraph. Its just I want first time moms or any parent to know that this daycare will lie to you and your child will not be well taken care of..i mean i picked my child up one day and his face was COVERED IN SNOT i wanted to cry. And it was dry as if it was there ALL DAY. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE !
