  • My toddler has only been going here for a short while, so I will try and update after more time. We moved to the area recently and were very anxious with how our toddler was going to do. He had already been at daycare in our previous location and done well there, so of course as a parent you hope you pick the right place for them. We had the added challenge that his previous daycare had a different setup/schedule when it came to transitioning from infant to toddler rooms, so our son had very little time to acclimate to the toddler environment before we moved (although his previous daycare did everything they could to get him ready in preparation for the move and transition, which helped a lot). I am happy to report that his transition to Primrose was stellar. He has been doing so well there ever since, and we love all the pictures we get throughout the day. They have a lot of activities, and he has just blossomed even more now. Separately, we ran into one of our next door neighbors who inquired about our toddler. I told her he goes to Primrose Bells Ferry and she exclaimed, "That's where my daughter went and she loved it! She is now 25 years old." Obviously places can change in quality over time, but I think that said a lot that even that far in the past she was happy with care there.

  • My son has been at Primrose since he was 6 months old, and now he’s 4. It’s been such a positive experience watching him grow there. The teachers have always been caring and supportive, and I truly feel like they’ve played a big role in his development

  • When our first child was born, I was terrified to leave her with anyone outside our immediate family. Four classrooms later, that protective instinct remains just as strong—we still don’t entrust our children to anyone who isn’t family. Yet Belle’s Ferry Primrose has truly become an extension of our family. The incredible women there go far beyond what we, as working parents, could ever provide on our own. My husband and I have made meaningful sacrifices so our daughters could receive this exceptional education, and it has been worth every single penny. We have zero regrets—only deep gratitude.

  • I love Primrose. The teachers here are amazing and treat my kids like they are their own. Ms. Brandy rocks th infant room and held both my babies when they were only 12 weeks and she cared for them just as I would have. Ms. Roz is the most amazing toddler/preschool teacher. She was so good with my So . Could not ask for a more caring and accommodating staff.

  • My 2-year-old daughter started daycare during a difficult transition, she had just been separated from her grandparents, who cared for her every day, and she didn’t know any English. Naturally, it was a rough start, but the teachers handled it with such care and professionalism. Her teacher comforted her with hugs and patience until she stopped crying, and the directors knew her name from day one, always greeting her with big smiles. I was encouraged to stay in the classroom as long as I needed in the beginning, and no one ever pressured me to leave before I was ready. The teacher also took time every day to talk with me at length, answer my questions, and follow my preferences for how my daughter should be cared for. I also really like the activities they do with the children. The environment is playful and fun, while still filled with plenty of learning. Special activities, like water day, add so much joy. On top of that, I love that they help with potty training, which has been a huge support for us. Another pleasant surprise has been the sickness situation. I was expecting my daughter to be sick constantly after starting daycare, but that has not been the case at all. Overall, this daycare has provided a loving, supportive environment that made a big difference for our family during a tough transition. I’m so grateful to the teachers and directors for the way they’ve cared for my daughter.
