My experience with Razzle’s Kid Academy was extremely disappointing, especially considering the cost. I paid $440 just to enroll my children and then $330 every week for care. Throughout my children's time there, field trips were scheduled but constantly canceled. When you’re paying this much for childcare and activities, you expect the scheduled experiences to actually happen or, at the very least, receive reasonable communication when plans repeatedly change. I also had concerns about the condition of the facility. During my visits, there was a horrible smell in the lobby, and in my experience, it became noticeably worse as you walked toward the Big Dogs room. It was unpleasant and made me question the overall environment my child was spending his time in. More importantly, my 7-year-old son was having ongoing problems with a 12-year-old child who, according to my son and based on the issues we were dealing with, was repeatedly bullying him. Having that large of an age difference involved made the situation even more concerning to me. Everything finally came to a head this week when my son retaliated against the treatment he had been receiving. I was called while I was at work and told that I needed to pick him up early because of his behavior. When I arrived at Razzle’s, I was then informed that my son was no longer welcome to return. What made the situation even more frustrating was the timing: this happened just DAYS before school started. I was suddenly left without childcare and with virtually no time to make other arrangements. I understand that childcare facilities have rules regarding behavior, and I am not saying my son should be allowed to retaliate without consequences. My issue is that, from my perspective as his parent, the ongoing situation that led up to his reaction was not adequately addressed. It felt like my 7-year-old ultimately received the most severe consequence after reaching his breaking point, while the larger issue that had been affecting him remained unresolved. For $440 to enroll and $330 every week, I expected a much better experience—consistent activities, a clean and comfortable environment, appropriate supervision, and a meaningful response when my child was having ongoing problems with an older kid. I will also be calling the Department of Children and Family Services so they can conduct a full inspection and investigate the smell our children are having to breathe in every single day. Based on my family's experience, I would not recommend Razzle’s Kid Academy. Parents deserve to know what our experience was before making a decision about where to place their children. TAKE YOUR CHILDREN SOMEWHERE ELSE. DON'T GET STUCK IN MY SITUATION PAYING A TON OF MONEY. THEN HAVING TO REMAIN AT RAZZLE’S BECUASE OF THE MASSIVE ENROLLMENT FEE.
Autumn O'BelmitoJul 29, 2026Had my daughter attend here for a couple of years. 1. Some kid kept biting my kid and drawing blood and NONE of the workers could tell me who was biting my kid which made me feel like they weren’t putting my daughters safety first and just didn’t care. 2. When my daughter and I were doing potty training at home I informed everyone there that she needed to start potty training with her as well. Well I found out months down the line they were not taking her to the bathroom and acted shocked when I told them I asked them months ago. Needless to say I paid all this money and they are not professional and stay on top of things just neglectful in my opinion. 3. The workers always asked me who my daughter’s dad was which is super uncomfortable and the father of my daughter always picked her up. 4. Young kids work here which is fine but they need to invest in more training. When I found out that they only pay workers $8.50 an hour really makes me uneasy that they will just hire anyone and do not pay their workers anything close to Survive.
Kelly SeeDec 14, 2025My oldest has been going here since pre-k and she is now 9 and still calls it "my razzels". Ms.Soyna and Ms.Crystal in pre-k were amazing with her! Fast forward to today ive had 2 more babies since then and my 2 year old and 8 month old go there and my 2 year old never wants to leave when I pick her up she wants to keep playing and having a good time! Anytime I have questions the teachers always give me answers and doesn't tell me "I dont know ask the front desk" which i love because it let's me know the teachers are watching them and knows what happens in their classrooms! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone in need of child care! Management Ms.Raven, Ms.Christy,Ms.Teresa,Mr.Don always always amazing and always makes you feel at home! I love thats its family owned and not corporate because the environment feels so much better! My children love it here! And I know when I go to work their taken care of and in good hands!
Scarlett EspinozaSep 11, 2025I sent my kids here for almost two years and we are already missing them! I am very particular about who cares for my kids when I work and they did not disappoint me. This daycare was so good and kind to my kids, especially with crazy schedules on some days. My son attended pre k here as well and had such a good experience with Mrs. Crystal and Mrs. Sonya! I would recommend this daycare to anyone on the hunt for childcare.
Elenye WhiteJul 2, 2024My 5 kids have attended razzles since 2021. Two of my kids have autism and they work really well with them, even when behavior issues arise. My younger 3 have gone all the way from the infant room to now little dawgs and (soon to be) big threes. The summer camp is awesome because they take the kids on adventures throughout the week which usually leaves them coming home exhausted. Razzles has basically became family at this point, and I'll be so sad when my kids age out. Your kids are in good hands here.
Elisabeth YoungJun 14, 2024Razzles has been such a blessing for our family! We came to razzles when my oldest was 16 months because our previous one in loganville had new owners that gave us very icky vibes. I was so nervous to change childcare, but it was the best decision! The staff is like family and tend to my family’s needs. My daughter has reactive airway disease and Razzles staff goes above and beyond for us when she has flare ups. Both of my girls love it and I know they’re in a safe, friendly, and loving environment.

Questions parents ask about Razzles Kid Academy
Is Razzles Kid Academy a licensed child care provider in Georgia?
- Razzles Kid Academy holds Georgia record CCLC-67591, listed as "Open" by Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning in Walton County. Confirm current standing on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov before enrolling.
What is Razzles Kid Academy's Quality Rated star rating in Georgia?
- Georgia rates Razzles Kid Academy 3 stars, on a scale of one to three where three is highest. Quality Rated measures programme standards the state assesses, not inspection outcomes, and it is separate from the licence itself.
Does Razzles Kid Academy offer Georgia's Pre-K?
- Yes. The state record lists Razzles Kid Academy as taking part in Georgia's Pre-K Program, Georgia's lottery-funded programme for four-year-olds. Places are limited and enrolment runs on the state's own calendar, so ask the provider how to apply.
Does this page show inspection results for Razzles Kid Academy?
- No. Georgia publishes inspection and complaint history for each provider by fiscal year, and none of it is included here, so nothing on this page reflects Razzles Kid Academy's inspection record either way. Look the provider up on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov and read its visit history.
