  • Cici and Wednesday are wonderful! They have made sure my child was well taken care of! Unfortunately we have to leave, but I'd continue to have my son in their care if I could. Consider using this academy for your baby! my son had a positive experience here 💙

  • As a former insider, I would never recommend you trust these people with your children. I've watched staff record and belittle children in their care, physically mistreat little ones, use foul language and exclude others in certain activities. Not all staff, but looking back at how frequently this place has received complaints, it's clear that they're still struggling to understand who is fit to teach children and why they are in this field to begin with.

  • Do not trust this place!! Not only did they allow my child to go approximately 30 minutes of having a full blown meltdown with not even the teacher checking on him, but the kitchen lady grabbed him by his little arm and slung him like a rag doll!!!!! His first 3 days of school was great! No crying. No known issues then, he came home and told us the other teacher (the teachers helper) yelled at him but he became “terrified” to go back so on Friday I stayed up front and watched him on the cameras. I am still in shock regarding the kitchen lady putting her hands on him and had there been a mark, the police would have been called! The front office lady is deceitful and covers for this behavior and even attempted to keep me from going to get my child after he was grabbed … My advice would be listen to your child and pop in unexpected!!!! If I could, I’d give this place a zero rating!!! And shame on the teacher who knew his issues and who just left him in the corner having the meltdown!!! Beyond disappointed!!!! New management is needed no doubts!!!

  • I was initially happy with this daycare until an incident happened on the daycare bus. The bus driver Mr. Steve hit my child when he was trying to calm down the kids in the back. The daycare failed me in so many ways. They initially got the story wrong saying it was my middle child when it was my 6-year-old. I went to the daycare the next day and the Director Shawn told me it would take a while to interview everyone so have a seat. I felt like she didn't care and didn't have any remorse for what happened. She had the nerve to tell me Mr. Steve has been with us for years. I don't care if he just started he hit my child. I called the police and made a report. Once I did that she had a major attitude. I removed my kids from the daycare while the investigation was in process. I never got a call or email. I had to approach her about the investigation. Needless to say, they never fired Mr. Steve and told me the owner wanted to depart ways. So you have the grumpy old white man hitting Black kids and getting away with it. He will hit the wrong child the next time. So you're blaming my child for what happened and no consequences for the driver. Several kids told my girls he always hit the younger kids because they Can't fight back or won't tell. I'm so disappointed in this daycare and they failed my child in so many ways. Now my child is scared to ride any after-school bus.

  • I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SCHOOL!! My daughter started when she was around 3 ¹/², she is now 5 and just graduated their Private Pre-k. She loves her teachers and the friends she has made. My daughter is excelling in all her milestones. She reads, counts in Spanish, and amazes us everyday with all the exciting things she learns at this Academy. The staff are all amazing, understanding and always make my daughters days there even brighter. I definitely recommend this facility!! Thank you for all you do!!

  • Very low quality childcare. The teachers are left in the classrooms for 8 hours straight and not allowed to go to the bathroom. If they call the front desk and ask to go to the bathroom, they are reprimanded and still have to wait another 45 minutes to relieve themselves. The director Rachel and her assistant Lisa are very hostile and abusive to their teaching staff and other staff members. I can't imagine WHY they are still working there. This creates an environment of resentment and unhappiness. They have had an exodus of high-quality teachers. I would definitely not recommend it to any of my family or friends. These are facts! Take heed of Aubree Sanchez's review the low. I don't know her but I concur . The director is extremely immature and infantile in her reactions to ANY situation. YOU NEVER KNOW WHO YOU ARE GOING TO GET ON ANY GIVEN DAY. I just thought that the public should know who they're dealing with. Rhonda Monteiro (the rave review 🙄) must be a family member because they do not teach spanish there.

What is Reflections Learning Academy's Quality Rated star rating in Georgia?

No. Georgia publishes inspection and complaint history for each provider by fiscal year, and none of it is included here, so nothing on this page reflects Reflections Learning Academy's inspection record either way. Look the provider up on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov and read its visit history.
