I pick my daughter up with a big smile each day! This is a family environment where your children are treated like the director's grandchildren. My daughter has been attending Chestnut Treehouse for almost two years and I can honestly say that I am beyond grateful for the staff and educational direction of this facility. Not to mention the cleanliness of the daycare is also top tier, and that is coming from a clean freak, to say the least. The facility is a little older but well maintained, and meticulously cleaned on a weekly basis. You won't have to worry about your children pottying here at all. The level of love and care shown to all the kids is really wholesome and I am so glad this is my child's introduction to education. The food they serve, they cook with love and your children will be eating real food, not a bunch of junk or canned foods. They take the time to cook daily. It's just a level of dedication and love you can't find many places these days. Typically they have a waiting list, so if you're interested, please stop by and hop on it. You won't be sorry. Thank you Mr. and Ms. Dunn for all you do everyday for our children ❤️. Parents, if your looking to a family environment with dedicated staff and directors this is the place. 😀
Natalia HardySep 9, 2025My daughter used to take her kids here, but stopped because of their lack of good customer service. They act like you are bothering them asking questions about YOUR children. The Director mainly has been extremely rude to me in the past picking up my grandkids and she always changes the rules when convenient for her. She switches up her attitude, rules, and professionalism as she pleases. There are so many other daycares my daughter passed up for my grandkids to go because this one was recommended and their efforts have been low ever since she started.
Duke JohnsonJun 25, 2024Lack of customer service, professionalism, and care from the Director. Very disrespectful and entitled person. Seems over worked and burnt out and it shows. The level of professionalism has declined significantly over the years. When you ask to see footage of your child during the day when they come home with a scratch or injury she never allows you to see it and just gives her explanation as to what she saw on film. My child experienced a very allergic reaction to something that occurred while at their facility, and even after asking repeatedly to review footage on the phone and via text; were never shown the footage or invited in to review the footage together also the first question asked was, "what did the child do yesterday at home." Never wants to take accountability and instead of rectifying a situation will go back and forth with you like this is not a paid service. Garbage. Choose anywhere else.
Khelsey DanielsJun 25, 2024Overall OK daycare…. We had kids go through this institute for 8+ years. We had a few run in with lack of communication. Kids got injured a few times we didn’t receive incident report. The owner seems to be burnt out and mild tempered. The last incident our 2yr old got bit by a spider and the owner of the daycare was once again defensive when talking sharing your concern. She didn’t allow us to watch film to what happened. After saying she would which happened on numerous occasions where something happened to our kids. Seems like a neglect to me but idk I guess. Long story short she got mad because we was frustrated about our son being bit by a spider… came home with a 3x swollen ear.. which we only knew was a spider bite because we had to go to URGENT CARE that night. She kicked my son out the school on a Saturday morning for an incident that happened under her school tutelage. Just be mindful and never get to comfortable I attached pictures of his left ear vs right ear What would you have done if this was your child’s ear after Leaving daycare?
Mike DanielsJun 25, 2024This is the absolute BEST daycare facility. I love it tremendously. The staff is awesome; they really make my kids and I feel like we’re a part of the family. Mrs. Dunn is one of the most caring daycare directors I’ve ever met. My daughter attended Chestnut Treehouse II since she was 3yrs old and graduated pre-k there earlier this year. She’s now 6. My son has been attending since he was 1yr and is now 3. I moved out of that area almost 2 years ago and choose to drive 32 minutes both ways everyday, just so my son can still go there because we love it so much. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 5 STARS 😊
Gloria TinsleyNov 3, 2023This is the best childcare center ever. My son has been attending since 8 months. He is now 2 and knows all his alphabet, colors, shapes and numbers. He is advancing and I am amazed by his growth every week. I moved out of the area a year ago but drive 30 minutes each way every day to get him there. The staff is so incredible and caring. Thank you to all the staff. Y’all are the BEST!
